Do not get respect to employees.
Salary growth very slowly.
If any employee do mistake in their work he will be fired - Not job security.
Learning is not that much because it's non technical.
Experience of this not works in IT technical companies and treat as freshers...
No rotational shift.
If I get late sometime to report office payment has been deducted but if work overtime then no bonus for that.
