In one word to describe these are scammers. Why? We received an invoice of no less than 400 euros for 20 purchase invoices that were scanned by ourselves and saved in PDF format. The explanation of the manager Bart van de Graaf was,
WHAT DO YOU WANT? (in an intimidating tone) (man of no less than 2 meters). We also have to pay our rent, so we better stop now HE!
After this terrifying experience, I paid immediately. Fortunately, I now pay many times less while I give a lot more work to my new accountant (nor do I have to scan anything and save it in PDF). I wonder how much I would have to pay if I have not scanned the 20 purchase invoices and saved them in PDF. 600 euros ???
DGVH is a beautiful office, too bad they light up. These are not only my words but also those of other accountants.
