The service went well from car pickup, through maintenance service, through to car return several hours later. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. It was a fairly priced service with the maintenance work having the desired results.
Matt was awesome as always!! Service was good, my only comment would be the length of time it took to get the repair. We dropped the car Thursday and didn t get it back until the following Wednesday. Otherwise all very good.
This dealership has serviced my Ford Flex for 10+ years. Matt, my service advisor is great. I recently took my 2016 Jeep in for an oil change and check. Kyle helped me and was also terrific. Reliable, honest service. My 11 year old Ford Flex runs like a dream. No troubles at all!

I m rating the service department NOT sales. Matt in the service department is great and a lot of help and he makes sure that he does everything he can to help you and get the best price available. But when my truck was serviced I got back in rough shape check engine light was on for two different codes. I was able to bring it back and get fixed for no extra charge but just driving it from the shop to home, the intake hose was off and I had put it back on my self. So not once but twice I got my truck back not in the same or better state then what it was previously in before I dropped it off.
This place is incredible! I ve been a customer here for almost fifteen years and I get treated like family every time I bring my vehicle in for service. I trust them 100%! Bob Coleman keeps me informed of the status of my vehicle as well as any changes in the estimated cost of repairs. Capistrano Ford always does quality work at a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend the service department here and will continue to use them in the future.
