The line waiting and overcrowded comments mostly depend on the day and time of visit - my party and I reserved tickets for a Saturday at 10AM. There was no wait and Dewberry Farm was not the slightest of crowded. Thet had many booths and stand that were all picture worthy! The time spent was great for the family and some social distancing activities!

An enormous heads up though knowing that I commented on the "overcrowded" aspect of Dewberry Farm, after leaving at about 2PM, was then that we all saw the lines extremely long and there was no 6FT apart. People were literally back to back in line. Some did not have masks and there were no precautions for Covid-19 in that line.

The time and day of our visit was perfect because people at that time kept their distance and wore masks.

Went for Dewberry Lights and there are lots of fun activities for the kids to partake in. I loved that there were many so many photo ops for the holiday season. The Trail of Lights wasn't pleasant and you can even pick and get a Christmas tree cut.

Had a fantastic time here. I really enjoyed all of the activities they had for all ages. I hope to return again in the fall. There was so much to do and hours of fun and entertainment. Fun place for kids especially. The food is a little pricey, but it always is at places like this.

Today I got the opportunity to go thru my first corn maze at Dewberry Farms!!

There is so much to do and see at Dewberry Farms and there is fun for all ages.

There is live music, rocker chair section rentals w/bonfires, little tikes land, a wooden fort, birdhouses, black holes, and the list goes on and on and on.

My personal favorite was mining gemstones, Goatel 6 , and seeing the ponies

Check out the Black Hole and see if you can make it thru to the end or watch others as they brave this balance defying ride!

Very reasonable prices on food/water/gift shop goods.

Quite a magical venue, thank you for helping me make another dream come true Dewberry Farms!!

Dewberry Farm is a great place to take the family. It s very close to us so we try to go every year. Be sure to check out the following activities:

Slides
Train Ride
Pumpkin Patch
Carousel
Black hole
Apple cannon
Pillow trampolines
& other daily events

As far as food I usually stick with a turkey leg and a fresh lemonade!

Let's talk about Christmas trees.

Let's talk about Christmas trees.

Dewberry Farm is doing a killer business in Christmas Trees during this part of the year, but I'm afraid it doesn't all come together quite right.

The Ggod
------
*A wide selection of several varieties of many sizes of trees - all of high quality.
*An organized process of getting people out to the fields, cutting your tree, setting it out for collection, paying for it, and retrieving it.
*Fun activities for the younger crowd - some free and some at an extra cost. Enough to make a nice half day of it.

The Bad
------
*It has developed into a kind of carnival where everything costs a little more.
*Related to the above, the tree prices have gotten a bit steep. $20/foot is on the high side.
*The "country store" is a collection of Chinese-made country-themed junk.
*They are a victim of their own success. They haven't added enough staff to the tree-processing and loading areas. The lines and wait are horrible.

For the past four years Dewberry Farm has been a part of our family's Christmas traditions. This year we arrived early in the morning, bought the day pass, and let the kids enjoy the place they've come to know and love. It was on the expensive side, but with the year we've had we felt they deserved it. We all had an absolute blast, and it was emotional to take another picture of the kids in the giant rocking chair, with our youngest who's three saying, "I remember this big chair. I love it so much!"
