Hiring manager and HR's way of talking and tone of conversation is rude and sarcastic. I got an offer from this company but decided to step back as i i could foresee the way employees are being treated.

Most pathetic shopping portal of the century- Cilory

It started with your great marketing gimmicks on some social networking site and I was lured by some nice images which landed me on your portal.

1)On 13th August I placed an order worth Rs. 1699/- through paytm
2) Received confirmation on payment accepted and order is in process
3) Received communication on order under preparation
4) same day it was communicated package in transit
5) same day next communication was order shipped
Till this time it was wow experience but what followed is horrible
6) received text I may expect delivery by 17th August
7) it wasn't and next day on 18th received a call from some shipment executive to reach at a particular point to meet him and take my parcel from him!!!
Since I was on duty i express my inability to travel he said "fine I will return it " I SIMPLY SAID " OK"
8) On 18th I spoke to your call center executive and informed him all incident he said he will ensure to deliver product next day.
9) Whole day no communication from Cilory
10) I initiated return as order delayed and now no more required after such horrible customer service experience.

Story doesn't end there.
11) I received a call from some Gurgaon based executive who showed interest in my concern and assured to process my refund.
12) next day on 20th received an email that my request for return has been denied!!
13) when i asked reason it was 2 line revert that it's your internal policy
14) Had a very detailed call with your team lead Mr. pandit who showed inability to understand my plight as he doesn't even had complete update of my order. He told me my order can't be delivered due to incomplete address!! When I update him about my refund he informed me I have to wait till order reached warehouse then only we can process refund. As he has initiated request today.
I understand this internal process although TAT is starting from the date I called that is 23rd and not from 19th!! very annoying.

May I know reasons for this?
Is it what they taught this Days to loot customer and earn big profits?

I am still awaiting for my refund

Mediocre strength of the company. It has e-commerce products for survival.

I was told that interview was gud but never received a call fom this company

Their higher manager and HR's behavior is not good. I shall suggest them first of all improve their behavior and the way of talking.

An IT Company with such a great working environment.
Kind of luxurious infrastructure.

Came for the interview just gave the Test waiting for second round...

Cilory another corporate fraud in making investors beware

Very nice place to work and people are very supportive for the professional growth. There is no limitation on learning new tech stack and exploring the technology.

A good palace but not very well connected through public transportation.

Cleared the interview. Wasted my day as I took a day off from my work. They will conduct the interviews on weekdays and will not hire even if you clear it.
