I've reported back in June 2019 IPv6 related issue on their Magic 2 product. Technically transit IPv6 neighbor discovery is being discarded by their product. As of today (end of January 2020) no fix exists. Devolo support is not willing to give any fix timeline neither information whether the issue will be ever fixed.
For now I'd suggest to stay away from their products. No support for IPv6 in 2020 is bizarre.
Have just the hotline wg. Called problems with my Magic2. Waited 45 min, then was removed and reissued after my first sentence. Great customer service and even better equipment. Let me come up with something else now. Devolo is just awful and probably soon away from the window. When hiring customers.

Customer friendliness equal to zero, 20 min waiting time in the hotline and then just hang up when asking the customer advisor a question. Absolutely cheeky, 70 euros for a device and if something is with the device just does not help. world class

The biggest droppings I've ever seen. Resetting and reinserting your D-Lan devices every 3 months is a lot of fun and only because your devices think "I don't want to be connected to the router anymore". Since you cannot give less than one star, it stays with this.
No help, I got the WLAN Starter Kit a few years ago, was super happy with it in the guarantee period, after that the problems started with the router hanging up and switching off, unplugging it and plugging it in then it runs again, but it can also be that in 10 minutes up to 20 times the signal is lost and switched off.

I thought Devolo represented the top and the top of the line at the powerline level. As a private individual, I have 6 Devolo CPLs including two from 1200 and 4 from 500 duo +. Power supply problem making a sharp noise in standby mode on the 4 dLan 500 duo + (since replaced by return) but one of those exchanged also broke down on an RJ45 port (three and a half years later therefore out of warranty of course)
