Device savers

I recently used Device Savers for a repair on my phone screen. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. However, I was a little disappointed with the overall customer service. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and didn't provide clear updates on the progress of the repair. Although the repair was completed satisfactorily, the lack of communication was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the pricing was fair, and the repair was done within the promised timeframe. Overall, the experience was average. I would consider using them again for basic repairs, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service. 🙂
