Unfriendly incompetent service. The staff speak partly broken German. Packages are thrown on receipt, literally, in a stack. Two coworkers on a Saturday afternoon, change also for two the account statement paper .... When demand whether today only two coworkers are there, came only one cheeky answer: now only these take then packages. All right. Service and customer satisfaction no thanks!

Some of the freelancers sit in the glass boxes and sell investments and financing on a commission basis. 3x advice with no cheap offers. I was offered the real estate financing of my house bank once. Many thanks too.

This office is an absolute disaster. People are lining up far out of the shop and are always only 1 to 2 switches open where sluggish and slow employees accept each package reluctantly and afterwards try to sell a useless junk. That is always the case. Actually unheard of what is being driven here.
