How should you rate Deutsche Messe AG? I was there for the dog show and I really liked it.
Parking space is not there. The halls are spacious and the paths to the halls and the signage are clear. I like it very much there. There is no better fair than the one in Hanover!

Everything OK.

Everything OK.

Addendum from the point of view of an event technician: The organization and order of the construction leaves something to be desired, material is simply ruthlessly put into the aisle without trade fair staff taking care to keep these aisles free. It is a real fight to walk through the aisles, sometimes it is impossible to drive cases from a stand to the transporter. I know that from other trade fairs in a more elegant way: - /

The journey to the fair was well organized. Despite the constant rain, the law enforcement officers were on their posts. The parking situation was good and the instruction was easy. Paying at the park ticket machine was well explained and went smoothly, although some people could not cope with it. Perhaps help would be appropriate for such people there. The visit to the Caravaning & Camping fair for the "general public" in the exhibition halls was well attended. From the super luxury WOMOS to the tents, everything was represented and exhibited. Information provided by the exhibitors about the products was very good. Friendly staff at almost all exhibition venues, although you can expect a little more consideration from the audience. As is so often the case with such exhibitions, one could experience the usual, unreasonable adults and their children. Sometimes quite unpleasant jostling and corresponding ruthlessness sometimes appeared on the stands. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there was only one booth with the possibility of snacks. Dense crowds, too little staff, which of course was overwhelmed, associated with dissatisfied customers. (We also). Drinks etc. were still available in the "outdoor" department. You might have to do more. You could also be active and there was a lot prepared for children, which is very good.
On the way back I could see that the signs "Autobahn" are too general, it would be better if the Autobahn number here, e.g. A 2, A37 with target direction, etc. is specified. The target direction "Kassel" exists.

Fairs like fairs - the level depends on the exhibitors, while the organization is first class. Marked on the highways and local roads - I went for the first time and hit without a problem. Large parking lots (payable) and organizing traffic control means that despite the huge number of people there are not too many traffic jams. Halls are interestingly connected. It is worth to choose.

Very extensive facility with exhibition halls, snack and relaxation areas, toilets but also access and parking facilities.

The staff is attentive without being intrusive and usually multilingual.

Parking is plentiful. Unfortunately sometimes very far away and not always very pleasant to reach the destination soon.

Bus and train drive to some entrances. Unfortunately not always free, but only with Hannover fair / hotel ticket sometimes inclusive.

The toilets could be a bit cleaner and outgrowing the smell of the toilet rooms in excess rather than chemically outgassing with toxic fragrances, more fresh air and exhaust air would be desirable. At least for those with intolerances and allergies or asthma etc. actually a MUST HAVE!

If you are not invited, you usually have to pay admission. A service outside the fair with staff, there is not.

The snack prices within the area range from exaggerated to ok. The same applies to hygiene.

Nevertheless:

The Hanover Fair and its facility is visited by us and can be approached, except for motorway construction sites with traffic jams, well from our home in northern Hesse and from the Hesse Westerwald.

It is worthwhile to spend an exciting day with friends there (eg Euroblech or flower fairs). Hotels are far too expensive and it is worth to stay in the surrounding area, if you have to.

Toilets Chemistry, parking lots, bus and train / entrance prices and hotel prices - point deduction!
