Fabulous, wonderful historic venue excellent eveniing out.

Such a great place for families. We love the DYC, the membership team is unparalleled and they really think about what offerings their members like. The food is pretty good but the service and environment is what keeps us members.

Lived there as a teen on parents' boat. Wonderful place to grow up.

Wow what a place. The drive back there is wretched.

I mean. It was an open bar. So I'm... A little biased. Your drive way doesn't look like a driveway. It looks like a walking bridge. It's troublesome. You need more signs. A nice police officer helped us find our way to you, I didn't know the yacht club was in Narnia.

The food was amazing, staff was super friendly & the band Taylor Tucky was awesome!

Attended a small dinner party. I enjoyed the food but many of guest complained that there was a lack of seasoning. So, to each it's own. The staff was very friendly, loved that! The atmosphere was nice, beautiful decor. My only issue was the timing of the food. Half of our party was packing up their food in to go boxes, while the other half was still waiting for their orders.

It has always been a great experience here, incredibly classy place, and top-notch service!

Perfect place for everything, very friendly. I always have a great time at the dyc, I've been there for many years, love the memories.

Went to tour the Viking longboat, friendly informative staff. Apparently the yacht club is being restored to its original grandeur, nice place to visit.

DYC is a nice location to spend a Saturday relaxing and enjoying its nice view of the Detroit "skyline." I attended a wedding here. The only thing missing was air conditioning but it wasn't a major issue

They have good things for fishing and at a nice price

Great place to get away ... Social club, boat marina with a social experience of being boat "residents", ... Swimming pool, lots of biking/ hiking/ swimming coves and beaches around the island outside dyc. An experience of a weekend getaway that can be a getaway even for the week, a club/ resort 30 min drive from home.
Good place to entertain business guests in a not so stuffy way. Good views over the river, calm, food and service are good.
Good safe resort for kids (and their friends) too.

First time ever going to a yacht club. The establishment was beautiful and clean. You can literally spend an entire day there. From swimming in the Olympic size pool to eating a very delicious meal in the restaurant to taking the children in a kiddie room to play, you can have the pick of the day. Have a drink with friends or by yourself. But most of all sitting on the dock to sitting on the docked boats is so relaxing and tranquil or even taking the boat out onto the main waters just puts you into a different element. The people I encountered were pleasant. The live band entertainment was also amazing and adds to the wonder of the day.

Visited friends there. Nice marina. Restaurant there is good food and service.

Nice Historic Yacht Club on Belle Isle in Detroit. Great place to view the Boat Races in the Summer!!

I attended a wedding and reception there yesterday and everything there was absolutely fantastic! The set up was beautiful. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was superb. The attention to detail was extraordinary. From start to finish it was an amazing experience!

I went to the bathroom and it was one of the worst experience I have ever had. They were so nasty , I almost threw up. Please make sure that someone come and constantly check them. Other than that I enjoyed my stst in Detroit Michigan.

Great building on Belle Isle, the food served at our company party was excellent!

Absolutely love this yacht club! It is such a beautiful structure. The staff is warm and inviting. The management is highly professional and they host events to perfection. Members are down to earth and extremely friendly. I have held and attended many events there and it will always be one of my favorite locations in Detroit.

Extremely nice facility. I give it a 4 because the members have attitudes as if they are better than everyone else.

We were there for a wedding, and it was beautiful. The lack of air conditioning was a disappointment.

This is an excellent place to raise your kids and enjoy the beauty of Detroit. It is truly a Resort in the City. Down-to-earth members and friendly staff.

No better private club indoor pool, racquetball swim and sailing lessons and views of downtown off the water. Truly the best value in the city

Nice facility, but no air conditioning or fans in a room of hundreds of people. They need to modernize a little bit to accommodate. It was oppressive without air.
