Well we had desserts and beverages here, the atmosphere is great, with lots of space. However, the music is a bit loud, the service was regular, made mistake twice. This was the worst restaurant experience that I have ever had! The service is slow, the staff are rude. Furthermore, they refused to split the bill for our party of 20 into more than 4 receipts. Beware, they will add a service charge of 12% to anything they can. I strongly recommend not eating here, they don't deserve the business.
I used to come here for bubble tea and lunch. My friend strongly recommended this place for dim sum. We really enjoyed the dim sum we ordered. The restaurant is very clean very spacious, they have high ceiling. All the servers were very polite & friendly. The only thing i was shocked the way the charge for the drink. Four of us there, three of us ordered bubble teas, but we were charged for 4 person tea price $7.8 and the bunble tea drinks total $26.80. Just the cost of drink was $34. If we know that was how they charged, we would ask for no tea and order all bubble teas. Other than this, we really enjoyed the meal & definitely come back again as we enjoyed the food & the seating.

This place used to be my top 5 choice for casual dining. Since management has changed (likely), things have gone down the sink pretty bad. I visited them last night. There were not even a single waitress who knew English. Menu was brought to us instead of the Bill. On top of that, their food/drink selection has shrunk significantly. Menu book used to have pictures of most food, while now it is a single page with limited selection. Overall i am so sorry to see this to happen to Destiny.
Opens late during weekends. Good selection of food and drinks in the menu. Price is average... not crazy expensive but definitely not cheap either.
The food is not bad, if you want to spend the whole day there. We arrived for lunch on an empty restaurant and after taking the orders it took more than 1 hour to get the food. It also took 30 min to pay the bill. There's only one waitress and the chef can probably cook only one dish at a time. The place is certainly not prepared to cook for the number of people that go there.

Positives:
Atmosphere and interior design is very nice. Light coloured theme and relaxing. Has fast internet connection as well. Perfect for groups to chat and hang out.
Negatives:
TERRIBLE customer service. It was my first time there and I had no idea that you had to buy something or else you have to pay $80. I was there with a group and I wasn't going to order since I just had lunch. I told the waitress that came up to me I wasn't ordering and she wasn't very clear about it and gave me a dirty look. My friend explained the fee to me and I ordered a bubble tea. After getting our drinks, my friend wanted to switch her order to take out since she needed to leave. It took about 15 minutes for someone to get to her in like a 25% full restaurant. We waited another 10 minutes for the waiter just to come back with a cup and a lid and left it on the table. Additionally we had to pay an extra 12% service fee on top of tax and everything.
Food/Drinks
I didn't really like the bubble tea there as it just felt mediocre for the price it was at. I tried the milk honeydew tea with tapioca and it didn't really give off a wow factor. I felt that I could've gotten the same tea at foody mart. However the tapioca was ok.
Verdict: Drinks I had weren't terrible but was not worth for the price they put. Customer service is terrible and overall wouldn't go back.
Shu Mai Shrimp Dumpling in soup Baked BBQ Bun Pastry etc. are so delicious. Served are 5 stars

the manager wipes the tables, wipes the floors, and handles money all the while wearing the same pair of gloves, proceeded to hand us foods while still wearing the same gloves. After being told how disgusting that was, he decides to tell us that this is the norm. unhygienic and putrid. NEVER GOING BACK.

I ordered 2 bubble teas which came to $14.35. When it came to pay, I asked to use debit, and I am use to paying with interact tap and so I tap, expecting to pay. The service was honestly nothing good worth leaving a tip for , but I never was prompted for a tip and left it at that.
The server (Daniel) comes back to me.and said my card didnt go through and that I didn't leave a tip. I thought I misheard him so I tried again and intentionally left no tip. The card didn't go through again and he brings it up again that I didn't leave a tip. I told him that I leave tips at my own discretion , only If the service is great but not only was this terrible service but one that doesn't warrant a tip at all.
I then had to pay for my $14.35 bill with a $20 bill because for whatever reason my debit wasn't working. I asked him to bring me back $5 instead of the $5.65 that is owed. He beings be back $4.00, and tries to shortchange me. Now I'm furious and demand my full change amount back because they're now trying to dupe me.
Finally , after all is said and done, the manager had the audacity to come up to me as I'm leaving to also remind me I didn't leave a tip.
SERVICE SUCKS, WATCH THE CHANGE THEY RETURN TO YOU, AND BE MINDFUL OF THEIR HORRIBLE PRACTICES. I will definitely be reporting this place to the labor board.
Haven't been there for 2-3 years, the foods and drinks are so bad. Ordered a hot food but it came in lurk warm. Same thing as the drinks, don't taste good at all. There are many choices around the area so I definitely would not go back!
Good place for food and snacks. Bright and vibrant atmosphere, spacious restaurant. The drinks can be a bit expensive though but overall a nice place to sit and chat.

I go there with friends for simple stuff like honey green tea with tapioca or original black tea with tapioca. It's OK quality. Try the popcorn chicken on the appetizers menu. Pretty good. The condensed milk toast is very good especially the potion you get for the price.
The Service is inconsistent as there are a lot of booths and a lot of people each night with not that many servers. A few waitresses are exceptional and remember us so we have very good service now.
They've got budget Asian food, and a decent assortment of desserts. Bubble tea, regular tea, oolong, and green.... For what you pay for its pretty good.
I think the biggest drawback is the fact the dining experience heavily depends on the server. Their knowledge of the English language varies, but they all know enough to get your order in.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! I usually never write any reviews for any restaurant because I'm usually a chill person and understand most situations but no this restaurant was so bad that I needed to write a review for and warn others. I came here with 4 of my other friends and 3 of my friends got their food while me and my other friend were still waiting for our plates. At the end I was so excited to leave and kept saying I wasn't gonna tip but then I saw a gratitudy charge of 15% what!!!!! Then the waitress explained that there's a gratitudy of over $80 even though the bills were split. I told the waitress straight up to her face that she doesn't deserve the tip and that she should provide good service since she knew there was an added gratitudy and all she said was "sure" then I asked her why isn't she even apologizing and she never replied after. Wish I could give this 0 stars

Love their drinks, and their food is significantly improved. It is a very large facility, and can sometimes get loud.
Ok so here is the thing, this place has good potential to be an amazing spot to hang out when you just want a drink or dessert, or even a little snack. The atmosphere in general is nice with a variety of tables, couches, and booths. So you can hang out here in big groups or just on your own if you want to study or get some work done on your laptop (there is a plug for every booth!)
But the problem is management and the way the place is run. It s very seldom that you find a welcoming server. Forget welcoming, they re not even nice to you most of the time. No greetings, no smiling, nothing. On top of all that, they re very greedy. They keep increasing their prices and not just that but they do things like having a minimum charge per person (what if someone in the group is feeling sick or just full?). Also if you order a pot of tea but ask for an extra cup to share with someone, they charge you money for each additional EMPTY cup. Really? I m telling you. They re just trying to make as much money as they can. Money comes before customer service.

Very busy place. Drinks and food is descend. It's hard to get a hold of the server, so if they come to your table, make sure to order, or it will be another 15 minutes to wait. They don't offer Soy milk or Lactose-free milk for their drinks, which is inconvenient sometimes. Otherwise, it's a nice place to hang out with friends!

I used to come here for dim sum before the shut down. This is the first time I've gotten take out from them. I ordered the sweet and sour pork, the crispy fish, and some bubble tea. Everything was pretty yummy and good portion sizes. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon.
This place is awesome!! I ve been coming here for 9 years!! It s large and has lots of tables. Great for small groups or large groups.
They have a wide selection of food (snacks and larger meals) and drinks! I love their fresh fruit options. The taste and quality aren t that high, but it s enough for me to be satisfied.
The service is absolutely terrible though. But it s expected at Asian restaurants.

We had asked for napkins 3 separate times, and they were never brought, we had to go up to the front and get them ourselves.

I have been to this location so many times.... I try the mango .... it was good I also like coffee and other drinks.... I think adding more healthy options will be a good idea....

I have tried a couple of their drinks and ate some noodles, they are pretty good. There is even a second floor if you want to hang out with friends or even play some games...and they open late!
Overpriced cheese cake that didn't even have graham crackers or a topping! They wanted an extra 1.50 for a topping. But it came with 1 strawberry and chocolate sauce on the plate, not even on the cheesecake !?
