THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! I usually never write any reviews for any restaurant because I'm usually a chill person and understand most situations but no this restaurant was so bad that I needed to write a review for and warn others. I came here with 4 of my other friends and 3 of my friends got their food while me and my other friend were still waiting for our plates. At the end I was so excited to leave and kept saying I wasn't gonna tip but then I saw a gratitudy charge of 15% what!!!!! Then the waitress explained that there's a gratitudy of over $80 even though the bills were split. I told the waitress straight up to her face that she doesn't deserve the tip and that she should provide good service since she knew there was an added gratitudy and all she said was "sure" then I asked her why isn't she even apologizing and she never replied after. Wish I could give this 0 stars
