Michael and the people at Dessco are awesome. Highly recommended.

Loved our first counter. The lady was great, we were extremely happy. Unfortunately the second time was much more frustrating. The quote was inaccurate, install not included, although he said it was, very expensive and the person we dealt w/ had trouble listening,Ie, looking for a blue colour here s a grey one, oi! Ultimately decided against using them again

Staff is great and really helpful. Countertops look amazing, definitely worth the price. Would certainly recommend!

Had Ceasarstone Raw Concrete installed recently on a Kitchen reno. Could not be happier with the finished product. Everyone in the office I spoke to on the phone and by email were excellent and the gentlemen who did the measuring and install were professional and experienced. The whole process was as seamless as the edge on our new waterfall island feature.

Could not recommend more.

Everyone at the company bends over backwards to help with every little detail. We have an 89 year old house and the walls were a challenge. With their laser system of measuring it turned out perfect. We purchased a quartz counter top and its amazing. They are the best!

Desco messed up on the templating and installation of half of my caesarstone kitchen countertop... crooked placement, big gaps, inconsistent overhang...

Mistakes happen, it's how you respond that counts...

Their fix was to shift the side they got right to match the crookedness on the other half... now the range has to sit with a crooked gap on the back wall to line up in the space... the whole thing is messed up... what a waste of money on what is supposed to be a high end product.

Super disappointed, their technician even acknowledged the template error, but they wouldn't make it right and redo it properly.

I have no doubt they could do a fair job at times, but if they make an error they will leave you hanging with an expensive mistake. Why risk it?

We worked with Dessco for the countertop in our laundry room reno. Orginally we were talking about several different materials and options but in the end we sent with Soap Stone. The entire process with Dessco was smooth and easy, they came and measured everything then fabricated our counter from a beautiful slab of stone. The installs that came out were great and the counter was in perfectly in no time. I would definitely recommend Dessco and will use them again in the future.
