I don't care, I had such bad service that I am writing down with both of my accounts.

I don't like Desjardins in general. I find that it is a bank that says that it is close to people under the umbrella of the term "COOPERATIVE" but that has really detached itself from it. A gigantic club of liars and hypocrites.

But the building is new and clean. So 1 star for that.

My opinion...

Always very good service and they go out of their way to accommodate last minute requests!

Very disrespectful to their members !!! I was with them for a very long time !! With their arrogance, they always lecture you !! Me it's over, I close my account.

No help. I've been trying to change signatories for a business account for two months and we have no service. We are made fun of. When you need services and follow-ups, no one is there. For example, to charge you, then it is automatic! At least stop saying that you are a co-op and that you are there for your members, that's not even funny anymore.

They treat people a liar in front of everyone. They sell me from the US and refuse to take it back. They are the ones who sold it to me 2 weeks earlier and it didn't come out of my house because our trip was canceled. Not strong.
