I just want to say how great the people over at prescription management are. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciate the job they do.
I speak and meet with several DOH employees. I have to say they are on top of everything. With all my health issues they make sure im taken care of. I cant thank them enough. Thank you again to Sherry, Al, Lovely, Theresa, Kina, Madea and anyone else I have spoke to at least once you have been so kind.
Desert Oasis Healthcare staff is unbelievable! They are always very professional and provide the best service! They are AWESOME!!!
I have a very difficult infection to treat and although I explained very carefully how complicated it was I was refused proper medication.
One doctor told me think it was Dr. Schuler that giving an order for intravenous antibiotics was above his pay grade.
What patient wants to hear that.
I found that for the most part each Division of Desert Oasis Kicks the Can over to the next person and at the end of the day nothing was done for me as a patient.
A complete review of my case was provided with all of the facts but the facts seem to confuse them and were simply ignored leaving me in a very bad position with an extremely difficult urinary infection.
Simply an awful experience and I'm so sorry I changed insurance from a p p o.
I do remember years ago when I had parathyroid disease which is a disease in the neck that they referred me to a colorectal surgeon I think because it was a lower price tag. I should have learned then.
I was smart enough to know that you don't do that and wrangled an experienced head and neck Loma Linda surgeon out of them.
They're actually very nice but at the same time they do very little to solve a problem and passed the buck to somebody else.
It was an enjoyable experience , though a bit strange to visit with your cardiologist via phone. (No ekg, things like that.) The only real problem was a long delay for our responses, so we talked over each other quite often. But, under the circumstances how better can it be?
I m seeing a new Primary MD Brown during this Covid 19 time. Of course he has to get to know me as well I do him, but I like him. He s so honest, takes the time to read my medications, what could interact or not, explains them to me. All my testing results that come in, and helps me to get the specialist care I need. No problem saying no to me when he needs to. If he s not on top of knowledge of my health conditions, he checks it out, which shows me he s taken the time to actually do a complete background on my issues. I m one medical mess for sure. Having Interstitial Cystitis for over forty years has taken a toll on my body and emotions. Most importantly he listens, really listens. I m sure I frustrate Dr Brown at times, and I scratch my head learning from him, but he s gone to bat in helping me. I know I will be seeing better healthy days ahead with him as my doctor.
I always come away from my appointments with Dr Jones, feeling better about whatever situation I'm dealing with. He takes the time to listen to my concerns. He is easy to talk to. His staff is friendly and professional. Really glad to be with this provider.
I LOVE Desert Oasis!
Always a great experience, friendly knowledgeable staff...with a sense of humor. That helps so much in every way. Dr Afable is the absolute best! I am so grateful to have her as my doctor. I ve never loved a Dr so much since I was a little kid with our family doc. Using teledoc has been a godsent... I hope this stays the norm. Thanks to you all.
