I have a very difficult infection to treat and although I explained very carefully how complicated it was I was refused proper medication.
One doctor told me think it was Dr. Schuler that giving an order for intravenous antibiotics was above his pay grade.
What patient wants to hear that.
I found that for the most part each Division of Desert Oasis Kicks the Can over to the next person and at the end of the day nothing was done for me as a patient.
A complete review of my case was provided with all of the facts but the facts seem to confuse them and were simply ignored leaving me in a very bad position with an extremely difficult urinary infection.
Simply an awful experience and I'm so sorry I changed insurance from a p p o.
I do remember years ago when I had parathyroid disease which is a disease in the neck that they referred me to a colorectal surgeon I think because it was a lower price tag. I should have learned then.
I was smart enough to know that you don't do that and wrangled an experienced head and neck Loma Linda surgeon out of them.
They're actually very nice but at the same time they do very little to solve a problem and passed the buck to somebody else.
