I had a really good experience. The staff was very friendly. If you're old and don't understand just listen and they'll help you. Go here before you die, so go soon because death comes sooner.

The store is filthy and disorganized.

The guy is super dishonest. One example, he said in one sentence that you never get a new wheelchair with Medicare (whilst trying to give me a used one with what looked like actual poop on the seat), and that you usually get a new one with Medicare but that we couldn t. There were more instances like this, where he was obviously just flat out lying.

He also made promises about delivery and timing and didn t keep them, and gave us the runaround.

The process with the paperwork was so disorganized and contradictory, I wouldn t be surprised if it comes back to bite us.

One star because we did end up getting a nice new wheelchair but it took days, multiple trips, and a TON of frustration.

Will not be back.

Maya was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond in helping me get a wheelchair for my uncle, even helped with calling the doctor when I was having a hard time getting all of the information needed. She made sure that the wheelchair was delivered before my uncle left town. Thank you!!

Great prices, amazing customer service. They totally go out of their way to help. We use them for our oxygen needs with our NICU graduate baby. The owner is available to speak to if needed for any questions. We switch to them after using A... and we have loved being with them since. They treat you like family. Totally recommend them!
