Phone exchange limit aggressive because "I dared" ask a question. The lady interrupted me constantly, did not answer my question about the organization, and told me that if I refuse what she proposes to me I am suspended for a month, and if I refuse a second I am fired from their list.

Do not listen to the hateful comments of people who put 1 star instead of 4 just because the lady of the home was not pro and / or respectful. You make me laugh it's not a restaurant you come as a volunteer and earn money what do you want more, that you lick your feet on arrival?
No problem personally with the lady of the host who sometimes it's true looks drunk and it happens to everyone. The staff on the other hand is very hospitable and very nice no complaints

Phone reception deplorable!
I called the wrong service to cancel a meeting 1 week and 1/2 in advance. I got burned, the lady on the phone seemed outraged that I call it for that, despite my attempts to apologize.
When finally I had the good service and that I could explain my professional impediment, the secretary just said "it is noted" and limited me hung up on the nose.
In short we really feel like disturbing!

After putting the tests on standby for a few years (apart from Dersmscan), I volunteer again.
No worries whether by phone or at reception
I do not give 5 stars because each time there is a delay (I'm talking about a minimum of 15 minutes), not always very convenient when working in parallel.
On the other hand, the technicians are adorable, smiling and each time give a lot of information.
