Phone reception deplorable!

Phone reception deplorable!
I called the wrong service to cancel a meeting 1 week and 1/2 in advance. I got burned, the lady on the phone seemed outraged that I call it for that, despite my attempts to apologize.
When finally I had the good service and that I could explain my professional impediment, the secretary just said "it is noted" and limited me hung up on the nose.
In short we really feel like disturbing!
