The women that heads this Place lacks common manners for people. She will smile in your face then try to ruin you behind your back. Do your research. Ask around. She is a complete narrsasit to say the least.she verbally disrespects the people she dosent like, that happens to be anyone who is in resistace to her iron clad. Do your own research on this women if you find anything to be unfounded or untrue. She even commits fraud by paperwork. The owner of this day center is mean and nasty to her staff. She treats them like there worthless and easily replaceable. The owner is verbally abusive to her staff and her participants. The turn over rate is out of this world.
The owner, Debbie King, should not be allowed anywhere near vulnerable populations. She is abusive to the disabled people who are entrusted to her care, as well as to her staff. I worked for her and was told to lie to case managers who were conducting oversight. She altered my time sheet after I turned it in (ILLEGAL!!!), and she tried to avoid paying overtime. She explains the rapid turnover of employees as "difficulty finding people willing to work with developmentally disabled individuals". That is a lie. People don't want to work for her.

She has no moral or ethical compass she is extremely rude. She actually calls individuals that have intellectual difficulty, Fat and other interrogatory hurtful things.She is a very disrespectful person. Please be advised, she definitely picks and chooses her battles. She will constantly disrespect you until you have to come unglued. Although she doesn t try it with certain people, her pressure is still applied. She gets along with no one. Her employees work in fear, under her constant evil ways of disrespectful gestures and mistreatments. I was a former employee, I still have not received my pay for the month of October! She will not give me my pay because she wants me to sign paperwork that she wrote! That is FRUAD!! I will not engage in any practice that will violate my license. I can report to the necessary agency that needs to hear this. She thought I was the type who needs money! She was wrong! We are wealthy!!The funny thing is because of her mistreatments of staff, they have all formed together! Old and new employees!! So after comparing notes, it is deemed that it s time to do something..
