Inspection Depot inspected the home I was purchasing. They pointed out some foundation issues that would have cost me some money after the closing. Glad we hired them and will use them again.

I would not recommend anyone do business with Mr. Rowan, or his company, Inspection Depot Inc, nor would I recommend you seek employment here. I had a very unprofessional, and unnecessarily uncomfortable experience dealing with Mr. Rowan, and with this employees, so I know first hand that they do not care what people think of them, or how they represent themselves.

First Appointment cancelled the night before, rescheduled for the next day..that went fine, the Mitigation REPORT WAS TO BE ACCESSABLE- ONLINE IN 24 HOURS.... It is now 6 days and no report, the office gives lame excuses that they cannot reach their agent. Payment demanded at time of service si cancel check not an option. Can and will reach out to another Mitigation Inspection Company.

I started working as an independent adjuster for Inspection Depot during Hurricane Irma. It felt great to work for a personable IA firm, and they made sure I got properly taken care of on more than 150 Irma claims. I've closed several dozen more claims for them during Hurricanes Florence and Michael. Experience has shown that they treat people right!

Nick Meyer never worked for Inspection Depot or any of its affiliates. Mr. Meyer from our records did attend an interview but was not chosen for the respective position. This rating should have no bearing on Inspection Depot and the level of dedication it has to its clients and the inspection industry.

Very unorganized business, I don't recommend doing the home inspection course. I've been stuck with a login error for over 2 months with no sign of help. Supervisors don't return the call and they seem to always be in a "meeting"

Update: E-mailed the owner Michael Rowin to see if he can fix my problem and was completely ignored.

When I signed up with Inspection Depot it was a great experience. I got my first call from them to deploy with a Carrier in November 2017 but it was canceled. They never gave up on me because they kept in touch and I got the deployment a month later and started in January 2018. My deployment lasted until August 30, 2018. The lady that assisted me her named Stephanie and she was awesome. Anytime I needed a question answered she didn't hesitate to help me. They never micromanaged our team because they trusted that we were experienced and capable of representing their company. I highly recommend their company to work for and I'll always be dedicated to them when they call me for a deployment. Can't wait to get back to work. No matter what they need me for I trust them enough that they have my best interest at heart.
