I had a fantastic experience at Cadia pike creek, the nurses and CNA's were caring and responsive, they took great care of me while I was there. The therapist were terrific and helped me reach my goals so that I could return home, I cant say enough positive things about my experience while I was there.

Please! Please! Please! Don't send your love one to this place. My mom was a resident there and they treated her poorly. They took literally forever in answering a call bell. My mom's poor roommate would lay for hours in soiled underwear. The very next day after my mom passed away my siblings and I went to pick up all belongings. Her belongings were thrown into a trash bag. A lot of her stuff were broken.

Do NOT send anyone you love here. Mom was ignored and neglected. If anything, they nearly killed her. She ended up in ICU because of this place. She would scream, push call lights and have to struggle to get herself out of bed without assistance. She called a family member to have them call the desk to go help her! PATHETIC!
Stay away. Stay far away.

My wife s grandfather was admitted here last week and after having experiences at two other local facilities, we are blown away at the care and attention he has received. Lisa Goodfriend, the director of therapy, is an absolute gem. The nursing staff and nursing assistants have been absolutely wonderful. The facility is beautiful and CLEAN. Our family member has pretty complex medical needs and our whole family is extremely confident that he is exactly where he needs more so than the hospital. If you are considering this facility for a loved one, we highly recommend.

This Nursing Home Needs To Be Reported To State For Neglect. Why These Seniors Pay So Much Money and NEVER HAVE FOOD THEY ASK FOR? I Think They Should Be Treated As If They Were Home Their Families.. And Family Members You Need To Go In and Sit For BREAKFAST, LUNCH or DINNER.... And watch what your PARENTS ARE BEING SERVED.. And make sure you ask for what your love ones want.... And see if they GOT IT PLEASE!!! Get NEW MANAGEMENT A.S.A.P. AND STATE YOU NEED TO GO IN AND CHECK THE FOOD SUPPLIES... CADIA AT PIKE CREEK... And check the CNA's and there service towards the RESIDENTS.. There NOT RESPONDING LIKE THEY SHOULD I Hope Some CHANGES come SOON like RIGHT NOW

I had an excellent experience at Cadia Pike Creek and it will be the only place I ever go in the future. I had an excellent experience and cannot say enough positive things about my stay while there. When I was initially quarantined for the first few weeks it was difficult however the therapy staff, nurses and CNA's always checked on me and made me feel important. My therapists were excellent most notably and I would like to recognize Noelle, Michael, Tayler J, Tara and Bob for always taking excellent care of myself and my needs. Even Keisha would go out of her way to get me things although I was not her therapy patient and it meant a lot to me. The therapists worked me hard. The CNA's who were excellent were Erica, Heidi, Brie and Philipe and would help me with anything I needed. The nurses were also kind and courteous Celia Garcia, Elon and Emily. You could tell everyone works together at Cadia to take care of their patients. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and even made 2 good friends (roomates) that I still call and we talk for hours. I highly recommend Cadia Pike Creek and am very grateful for everything they did to help me achieve my goals and return home with my husband independently.

I would recommend Cadia Pike Creek to anyone. All the staff was so kind and helpful. The Dietary director and Dietician worked closely with me to accommodate my special diet and I thank them for that. They even have a beautician that came in once a week and did a great Job on my hair cut. I am so happy to be back to good health, thanks to Cadia Therapy team and the great staff.

My mother, Susan Woodall was admitted on Christmas Eve 2019 and discharged May 2020. There were three trips to Christiana Care during that time but upon discharge, she returned to Cadia. Throughout this long stay there were a few specific individuals that truly went above and beyond. I would like to formally recognize Jennifer Talley RN/Nurse Supervisor, Marlise CNA, Michele RN, and Louisa RN. I witnessed first hand their kindness, compassion, patience, professionalism, and genuine care for my mom. Especially, when the covid restrictions went into effect and we were unable to visit. She would comment to me on the phone just how lovely Marlise, Michele, and Louisa were being. That was SO comforting to know considering how much we missed being able to be with her on the daily. It meant so much to know that these three special individuals were making a difference and taking such good care of her. My wish is that your administration will recognize these three and award them the accolades they so strongly deserve. They are an asset to you and the patients they care for.

Warm Regards,
Katie Nagle

The care at Cadia, Pike Creek, Wilminton, De. is EXCELLENT!! My Mom recently spent 5 weeks recovering from pulmonary edema due to congestive heart failure here. The staff was amazing; the occupational and physical therapists are extremely competent and worked with Mom daily to strengthen and encourage her. The dietician was amazing, highly competent, very attentive and the food was excellent! Physicians and nursing staff were highly qualified and closely monitered my Mom s healing and progress on a daily basis. The activities provided for the patients was fun and stimulating ...Mom actually felt quite spoiled there with the care she received and was sad to leave. Do not hesitate to have your loved one stay here if the need arises, it is an outstanding facility with an extremely competent and caring staff!

WOULD NOT SEND MY FAMILY MEMBER HERE>
I called Cadia because they were referred my Christiana hospital for care of my father. I called in today to make an inquiry . The receptionist was rude and non cooperative, She actually hung up on me when I asked her about historical Covid information. I WOULD NOT USE THIS FACILITY. The lack of professionalism and disrespect translates to POOR CARE and CONSIDERATION for life.

My Mom, who's 94, was sent to rehab from the hospital on January 5th. We choose Cadia Pike Creek. Due to covid-19 restrictions, it's tougher than usual with a family member in rehab. Not being aloud to visit is hard on the patient and the family. I have to say the staff at Cadia Pike Creek went above and beyond to make her comfortable and keep me informed. From time to time someone from therapy, nursing, social services or the dietitian would call me and give me updates. Sometimes good and once in awhile not so good. Thanks Cadia staff. And special thanks to Ray (Social Services), Tracy and Stacy (Unit Managers), Kathy (2nd floor nursing), Noel (OT), and Heather (Assistant Director of Nursing), and Valeria (Dietitian).

All employees that I interacted with at cadia pike creek, have been caring, responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable in their area of responsibility. The Therapy staff, especially Dalia, Lisa Ames, and Noel have allowed me to return to a condition of independence that I was doubtful of achieving when I first arrived there, they very tactfully gotten me to perform activities that I was reluctant at first to do, but I realize that they would never ask me to perform an activity if they didn't believe I couldn't do it safely. The kitchen staff is very personable and I found amazing that they could remember my name. Christine the CNA, was a very good person who took her time and listened to the residents.

I Highly recommend this facility to everyone. Of course just like any place there is always room for improvement. The food has been great and my therapy has been outstanding. Therapy has help me exceed my goals and expectations. I have always been a positive person, but Cadia has helped me boost my confidence. Thank you doesn't say or pay enough. Keep up the good Work Cadia Pike Creek Team!!

Only putting one star because you can t give them ...

Only putting one star because you can t give them 0! This place has truly gone down hill over the past few years. Both my Grandmother & Father were residents of this facility years ago. And I ve admired how well the staff treated and cared for them. (That was from a family member side). I admired that so much that once I moved back to Wilmington i knew I could make Cadia Rehabilitation Pike Creek my new Home. Recently being employed by this facility I ve seen the good and the bad. I ll give credit where it is due, the CNA s (not biased because I am one) the therapist & a very small handful of the administrators only deserve this good repor. But for the bad part, residents truly pay too much money to have anything less of a good meal. Dietary budgets have been cut, meals look like scraps and as a CNA it breaks my heart to always put in a request from a resident and I have to be the one to tell them sorry, our truck did not come. What would you like instead? (Which is always a lie). Housekeepers do a great job but they lack very crucial infection control procedures. Staffing is horrible. But yet the state has never been contacted how can you schedule 3 persons for an entire floor when it s usually a 5-6 aide assignment? How do you have therapy personnel but turn around and have your short staffed nurses and CNA s walk 2-3 residents Three times in one shift ? How can we work so challenged on the floor and have a supervisor come To you asking why someone isn t up & ready for therapy. Isn t therapy trained to assist with ADL s? Isn t that same supervisor a nurse that I m pretty sure can assist with ADL s? I ve never worked at a facility where the administrators did not look out for their staff. I say this loosely because I don t want anyone to think that you should cover up anything bad, but there has been multiple wrongful terminations and staff being accused of WHATEVER and the first people to give you grief are the ones who hired you. Not once trying to remember that everyone has a bad day or even trying to look into situations to see exactly what s going on. They automatically toss you out, not having your back at all. Soon there will be no workers at this location because it was never ran with love, care or compassion. I have a very high tolerance for ignorance but this is one time where I can not be quiet. I m not going to express myself in great detail but you have staff that gets negatively rated constantly STILL Who still have their jobs. Not to mention the scheduler and all of the scheduling issues. But you want to let go of the hardworking & dedicated employees. In situations like this you would ve thought 1+1=3 I truly don t know what kind of math is going on here at Cadia but please family members pay close attention and staff watch your back. When you confide in the administrators they still turn their backs on you!

During my stay Everybody was very nice, and very considerate. They always explained what you have to do with them as far as therapy goals and the staff is very compassionate always here to help you out. This is a great facility I ve been here before and when the hospital ask where I wanted to go I always say Cadia! Just to name a few people therapy: Marianna, Courtney, Bob and Justin all very good to me. The CNA s are very nice Mona, Hyde, and Marlise.

Discharged my mother-in-law with no prior notice and no discussion of her recovery plan. Wife asked them twice if she was coming home anytime soon, was told no, her therapists will call you and discuss her discharge. Called the next night at 7:30 and said she's sitting here waiting for you to come pick her up. Told us nothing of how to set up her PT or anything.

Cadia Pike Creek has been wonderful. The people that work at Cadia are so great and wonderful to be around. The nurses and aids all work very hard and are extremely passionate. This is my 5th time at Cadia in the last 2 years and each time i have been here they have gotten me back and moving again. It is the only facility me and my family will ever choose to go to. The food is also very good which is a bonus and the reception staff is always so welcoming and helpful.

I had a really good nurse name Louisa, she was very attentive and caring. All the aids that I came in contact with were also very attentive and caring. Jenn the Unit manager and Suzanne the SW are both very knowledgeable. I had such wonderful therapist, Rachel, Justin and Keisha are all very talented, and know exactly what they are doing. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I enjoyed my time at Cadia Pike Creek. Everyone there treated me very well, the nursing staff and CNA s are really nice and helped me when I needed it. The meals provided are good and when I did not like something I was given other options. Therapy was great over my 3 week stay they helped to get me back a more independent level. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

My experience here at Cadia Pike creek was wonderful. The Therapy staff have always been so caring, kind and compassionate. The staff, along with therapy always included me in any decisions and goal making for myself. I commend the aids for their hard work and dedication, even during there rough days they were always sweethearts. The food overall was good, even when I didn't like something on the menu the aids always offered other options to me, which I appreciated. I absolutely recommend Cadia to anyone looking for a great rehab facility.

I chose Cadia Pike Creek because they worked with me coming out of the hospital and were kind enough to admit me into a private room which i believed to be very important in my recovery. The nursing staff is caring and responsive to my needs. The Physician and NP were very attentive and also worked with my doctors in Pennsylvania. The food was good and they give you alternatives. The rehab staff is like a big family and make family and staff feel like we are all working together. Rachel and Justin are terrific! They all do a really good job. My recovery went fast and im now back to my normal abilities. I am very grateful for my experience and time spent at Cadia Pike Creek.

My mother was recently at this place, and would repeatedly call for nurses, who never came. They have no auditory notification when a call button is pushed, just a light over the door. They never helped her to the bedside commode even though she was identified as a fall risk. They would just stand there and look at her when she said she couldnt breathe. She ended up admitted to ICU with fluid built up around her lungs.
If I could give a negative rating I would.

On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Cadia Pike Creek for the care of my mother. After leaving the hospital, she had to go to another facility in Philadelphia. Her outlook and therapy slowly regressed especially with this COVID world we currently live in. I felt I was slowly loosing her.

I was fortunate to get mom in Pike Creek Cadia in June. Her care with Mike and the entire respiratory team excelled. There was weekly contact on her progress. We were always able to video chat with mom and she would always say how good the staff was and making her smile. Lisa in PT always tried to get mom to the next level and kept us updated on her progress. She really enjoyed working with her and the OT team.

The nursing staff was wonderful and I am sure they struggled on weekends but as I talked to mom each one spent time with her. She said how great they were! Conner and Jesse. Even to the aids, Sonja would spend time talking and watching basketball with mom. The staff genuinely cared about her and knew all our names from mom. Believe me, she would have let us know if there was a problem.

Not being able to physically be there due to COVID was very hard but knowing from her (laughing and smiling) with the staff made it so much easier for our family. We were fortunate she was on first floor and was able to visit outside her window.

We definitely would recommend Cadia Pike Creek and grateful we were able to have mom in there and closer to our family.

Facility is excellent staff very helpful and caring. My mother is better now than before she was a patient. Therapy staff does an awesome job. Nurses CNA's receptionists clerks etc go out of their way. place is clean and bright.

This place is horrible. They promise full colostomy services, the one thing my mother needed (see below). No one was trained to chain colostomy bags. This place needs to be audited ASAP. Their nursing care is dangerous, unskilled and they lie about their capabilities and try to blame the patients, or the patient's family. The night crew (11-7) to rude, mean disrespectful and does not take care of the patients but lets them cry in agony and pain all night. The midnight shift workers scream at the patients when no management is overseeing what they are doing. This place is shameless and should be shut down immediately for stealing from patients and insurance companies. It is a health hazard and dangerous to patients. I wonder how many patients have died there out of neglect or abuse? These people are not only uneducated, shiftless, lazy, but they abuse and neglect patients when no one is about to oversee their behavior, (which is most of time). This place was the stuff out of horror movies. In the ENTIRE three weeks my mother was here NOTHING CHANGED, NO ONE WAS TRAINED on the SIMPLE ABILITY TO CHANGE A COLOSTOMY BAG. THE WOUND CARE NURSE SAID, and I quote, "Oh, I DONT DO THAT...." ????????? CADIA Rehabilitation is a SHAM.
These are what Cadia promises on their web page.
But also what they are grossly incompetent at being able to do.
Cannot perform- Skilled Nursing Capabilities
Cannot perform- Subacute Care for patients with complex medical needs
Cannot perform- IV Therapy
Cannot perform - Tracheostomy Care
Cannot perform - Tube Care
CANNOT PERFORM- Colostomy/Ileostomy Care
CANNOT PERFORM- Catheters and Drains
CANNOT PERFORM - Wound Care
Oh by the way Jacqueline Moultrie, you are a liar and one of the people from Ghana that work at this rehab facility. About 3/4 of the staff at this facility are no good lazy people from Ghana who stand around and talk about their dates while people are lying in bed crying for help. God is going to come down on them for this one. And CM, you must be afraid, because you cannot even put your real name on your reviews. Shame on you both, you awful horrible people.

Cadia was a great place to build up strength and weight after a long stay in a hospital where I was just skin & bones. All employees were motivated and friendly. My problem was with the Physical Therapist, who over did it during the last of a 5 week stay. After making great progress, I hit a limit where further leg work was triggering my RSD (chronic pain) and increasing foot pain. He shamed me into continuing, and thought I was risking his daily "check mark" record for my progress. He saved his record, but that was the last place I could walk. Instead of returning home, I've been in assisted living confined to a wheel chair ever since. Thanks Bxx !

My dad was transported from Hospital to Cadia Skilled Nursing facilities. He received great care from all the staff, therapist and doctors. We were informed immediately of any improvement. When he arrived he could not walk, talk and do anything for himself. He is home and still need care, he can talk and go up and down stairs alone. Glory to God. I would recommend Cadia Skilled Nursing Care to those who need long or short term care.

Cadia Pike Creek is an awesome place for your loved one to rehab for therapy. ELITE Senior Advisers has had mutual patient's with Cadia Pike Creek. They bridge resources with outside agencies to provide better outcomes once patients are discharged back home or to another living environment. Therapy outcomes have been amazing and proven successful from this facility. The social worker truly cares about the patients they service. Ray and Andrea (social workers) are amazing in accommodating patients desire and family wishes. If you loved one needs physical therapy, occupational therapy or nursing service please consider Cadia Pikecreek. This facility is highly recommended by ELITE Senior Advisers!

Cadia healthcare rehabilitation consistently made ...

Cadia healthcare rehabilitation consistently made sure during my stay that I was comfortable. They always went above and beyond to provide excellent through care while I recovered.

First lest discuss food services! I have had the pleasure of eating at several 5 star and 1 star restaurants! Trust me, I know okay, alright, and wow! First meal what s this? I could taste every seasoning used and OMG may I please meet the chef? As a case and point I was feeling sad and in pain everyday and the last thing I wanted to was eat. Lunch time came around so quickly I was determined not to give my meal a try. To my astonishment I opened the serving dome and the presentation and smells were literally waltzing and complimenting one another on a plain white luncheon plate. Furthermore, after one bite of the Brussel sprouts they burst into such a wonderful and flawless example of fine dinning. All I can say is way to go chef and staff!

The nurses aids always demonstrated skill, knowledge and compassion when attending to my needs. One particular aid stands out to me because I look forward daily to her smile and personal attention that she provided. She showed a keen eye to attention for detail and to me that become invaluable and ultimately impacted my overall expectation of patient aid care.

Last but certainly not lease, Cadia nursing staff can not be left out. They proved to be an important part of my recovery. They too displayed skill, knowledge, consistency and understanding of my discomfort. Call bells were not the only reason for getting attention for my needs or questions, they would periodically come by and check on me. I could tell they re ultimately goal was for me to return home to my family safe and well.

If I should ever need to come back or refer, Cadia Pike Creek would be the rehabilitation center I would chose (but I hope not lol) WAY TO GO!!

This is my 3rd time at this facility this year. The nursing staff is exceptionally good and efficient. My therapists are absolutely wonderful and have taken great care of me. It is truly a team effort. The food is delicious and has gotten better each time ive come back. The housekeeping staff is great and keeps the facility very clean. The doctors and NP's on staff make me feel very comfortable and have given me so much confidence in myself. I loved being at Cadia and became very attached to everyone there.

My wife s stay at cadia has been fantastic, the meals are good and if she is ever still hungry she was offered a fruit plate or sandwich. All the staff there makes you feel very welcome and like family, everyone really took an interest in my wife s care. If I had any issues with my wife s care the staff there addressed it immediately. My wife s therapy team did a great job with her, they really took the time to push her and bring her back to the point where she is able to go back home. There is nothing negative that I can say, if I fall tomorrow I would come to cadia.

When i first got to Cadia Pike Creek, I was not able to stand on my own. Therapy has since gotten me up on my feet and walking with a rollator. Their patience is wonderful. Nursing staff is great and I love all their smiling faces. The food here is excellent. The Food Service Director is very attentive to everyones dietary needs and visits every single patient one on one. The admissions dept has been wonderful and accommodating. Whenever i had an issue, the director took care of it immediately and always stops by to say hello. The Administrator of the building even came and talked to me and took the time to make sure i was happy. My stay at Cadia has been great.

Prior to coming to Cadia, I was at Encompass down in Middletown, DE and had an awful experience. My daughters had me transferred to Cadia Pike Creek and i could not have been more Grateful. From the time of admission until the time of my discharge today, everything was smooth sailing. Everyone here is exceptionally nice, willing to help, and they all go out of their way for the patients. The therapy staff is super! Words can hardly express how wonderful they are.

I came to Cadia about 4 weeks ago after suffering a compressed fracture to a vertebra. I I was in a lot of pain. I have a lovely room and the entire staff is amazing. After therapy twice a day, I m ready to return to my apartment at the Summit. This is not my first visit to a rehab facility. It is however undoubtedly the best. The aides, nurses, therapists are knowledgeable and have made me feel part of the team to get me back on my feet. A major difference is it s a happy place. Everyone helps each other. I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you need rehab and want to be in a happy, efficient place come here!

Nurses are fantastic. My nurse Michelle was so great to me. I missed church and was very upset and she took the time to sit at my bedside and pray with me. I cannot express enough how great that made me feel. Therapy was wonderful and they work you very hard while explaining everything they are doing. The food here was good and enjoyable. The dining/kitchen staff is so great and always go out of their way to help. All of the staff, including administration, help deliver meal trays to the room to make sure all the residents get a hot meal thats delivered fresh.

I spent a number of months here recovering from a very nasty bed sore that had spread and which required 7 surgeries, I also received PT to walk again. The only complaint that I had was a shortage of staff which resulted in longer waits for my call button.

The only problem I had was that I was told by several staff members that I would receive my 2nd shot that I would still be able to come back for my 2nd shot on 5/6 & now that I'm leaving tomm on 4/28. unfortunately they came to me about writing a post regarding my stay. I couldn't understand why they asked that I was very sad that had some bad luck with breaking some bones & I have unfortunately been in many Rehabilitation Centers through my journey, but the one I'm being released from this Wednesday is called "Cadia " There just aren't enough things to say regarding the care they have showed me & their dedication to help & when I said "I don't feel good, they would encourage me to push forward & want me to be better !!! The food was great & the best around, trust me I have been in enough to know. This will be a bitter sweet emotion for me. I will always remember those who were there for me, physically & emotionally !!! I am sad to leave & the tears I've cried just made me Stronger.!!! Best Team Ever, Even Bob ... lol
Miss you all
Sincerely

My experience at Cadia has been wonderful and phenomenal. I have not had one bad experience at Cadia. The food was always amazing and the kitchen staff has been wonderful. Cadia treats all their patients with respect and dignity. There isn t anything on the menu that you don t like and Mark Widener and Valerie baker the food director goes above and beyond to get you what you want, they are truly amazing. Cadia is so clean and the housekeeping department does a wonderful job. The nursing staff and CNA at Cadia are truly amazing, im not sure how they do it but they know each and every patients medicine schedule and the medication comes on time. The Aids are so proficient and take care of your needs instantly. I can t say enough about Cadia and my experience, I want to thank them for everything they have done for me the time I was there. The rehab department is wonderful, they go above and beyond to get you back on your feet, and make sure you meet all your goals.
Tim the night time supervisor is truly amazing, he is so nice and helpful. Cadia is very lucky to have him as an employee. I would recommend Cadia Pike Creek to anyone.

I was so glad when my daughter insisted that I come to the Cadia Rehabilitation Center. The Administration welcomed me with open arms. I came in broken scared and afraid. The staff made me feel at home. The nurses took excellent care of me and treated me with respect. Nursing assistants was always there for me and they made me feel special. Each and everyone of the Therapy Team was the best at what they do. They listen to me moan and groan and sometimes cry but everybody pushed me to be my best, kept me motivated and cheered me on. I couldn't ask for better team to help me learn how to walk again. I had a wonderful experience. Ella O. Sampson

Do not send anyone you love to this location for Rehab, especially not someone with poor kidneys. My father was in Cadia in December 2016. To be clear and fair, he never had a problem with the actual therapy or the therapists and that's why they get the one star. The problems we experienced were more with the gross mismanagement of the facility and the dietary management. First of all, my dad was a diabetic and had cardiac issues as well. When he stayed in his room, the staff brought him whatever food they felt like bringing. They seemed shocked when we complained that he was a diabetic/cardiac patient, they had no clue. Then we were told that if Dad wanted better food, he needed to leave his room and go to the main kitchen/cafeteria where they would make him anything he wanted. So that's what he did except for off days when he didn't feel like making the walk. He was doing great and ready to go home the week of Christmas. Then the facility gave him a roommate with C-Diff, someone who should have been in isolation from the get go. The roommate had an accident in the room but the custodian staff only bleached the floor and toilet. No cleaning of anything else in the room so of course my dad contracted it. They put my dad in isolation, tried to treat him with antibiotics and Dad had to be transferred to Christiana Hospital. Unfortunately, the C-Diff plus the antibiotics further damaged my Dad's kidneys beyond recovery and he died at the beginning of this year. I wouldn't send a dead dog to Cadia and will not forgive them for the gross malpractice of their medical staff and sheer incompetence of their administration. If your loved one needs therapy, go to CCHS Wilmington Hospital.

My wife came here three days ago after knee replacement surgery at Christiana for physical therapy. My experience so far has been excellent with the therapists and the love with which they do therapy. Thus, for rehabilitation service it is very good because their physical and occupational therapists are very good. With respect to nursing and food services I have not much to say. As a vegetarian who does not even eggs fish or chicken the kitchen is totally foxed. In spite of explaining her vegetarianism to their director of food service she ends up getting scrambled eggs, omelettes and turkey on plates which she returns. When she rings for a nurse or an aide she gets her sooner or later. Some are very good and go out of their way to be helpful. One other observation: no nurse or aid or pt person says this is not my job, someone else will do that. Everyone tries to do whatever they see need for. They are trying their best with limited staff. They need a good industrial engineer to make them more efficient in various activities including computer communication within the organization.

Mary C. Rogers was extremely disrespectful, dishonest and rude to the student of DelTech who came to shadow at the facility. She fabricated a lie about the students to get them removed while the state was in the pike creek facility. Which was severely unprofessional and could had tarnish the reputation of those students. Not to mention the way she belittles her staff and talk to them as if they are incompetent of their job. There is no compassion or empathy when she is on the floor. You can tell its just business to her which is sad because people send their love ones there have the best care available.

I was here for about two weeks. I found the staff very responsive to my needs. The nurses, aides, dietitian, head chef, office staff......all worked hard and quickly to make me well. The physical therapists were wonderful and pushed me to make progress each and every session. I took advantage of your "living room" and first floor patio to greet visitors. When I requested a room change, I got it. When I requested an air bed, I got it. When I needed some dietary changes, they were met. Thank you for making my stay at Cadia comfortable and successful.

If anything should happen to me where as I can't walk the only place I want to go is Cadia Pike Creek. I have had a great experience here and this is the only place I want to come. I love all of the staff. I have had great interactions with the nurses, CNAs and therapy staff. This is the only place I will ever go!! Thank you Cadia Pike Creek, your team is the best.

I absolutely needed a place like Cadia so i am so grateful that this place and the staff were here for me in my time of need. All of the staff is so caring and friendly. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond for myself and others. There is no way i could pick out any one individual person who has made a positive impact on me here as everyone i have come in contact with has been truly amazing. My one piece of constructive criticism is the residents knowing what the therapy times are more in advanced- Perhaps the evening before. I would recommend Cadia Pike Creek to anyone who should ever need in-patient rehab and nursing.. Thank you so much to the Cadia team for everything! There is no other place i would rather go than here.

Our 85-year-old mother recently spent 6 weeks at Cadia Pike Creek recovering from a hip fracture. My siblings and I cannot say enough about the quality of care she received. The entire staff, from the administrator (MC Rodgers), to the social workers, therapists, nurses and housekeeping, were kind, compassionate, caring and responsive. Even the food was top quality! Although we were not able to see our mother in person during her stay, we were able to face time with her frequently. On a daily basis, she looked well-rested, well-fed and in good spirits, even though she was mostly isolated due to Covid protocol. Having a loved one in a rehab facility is never easy but especially less so during these pandemic times when in-person visits are not possible. Due to the responsiveness of the Cadia staff (both to our mother and to us), we never once had to worry about the level of care she was receiving. Our mother quickly met her goals and was discharged home sooner than we had hoped. We have no doubt that this was due to the exceptional quality of the Cadia staff and the care she received from them.

My [stubborn] father in law spent the better of part of January, 2021 here and I can honestly say this place is amazing. We were in a tough spot because not only couldn't we come to see him due to covid, we were quarantined due to my upcoming surgery. In other words, we had to rely on Cadia 100% throughout my father in law's stay.
Tarayja (Ray), his social worker, was so helpful in updating us on his condition and telling us what he needed, which we had delivered via Amazon. I was so nervous doing that, but the staff handled everything without a hitch. I even got a follow up call from the administrator to let us know all of the items made it to him. Taylor, and the rest of the physical therapy staff, worked diligently to get him rehabilitated; while also keeping us updated on his condition (and trying to convince him to stay longer).
Finally, I truly appreciated Taylor and Ray's help in setting up some in-home care including physical therapy, Bayada for his wounds, and even Meals on wheels (which was much better than my father in law's plan of ordering a pepperoni pizza from Pat's).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone who asked!
Thank you so much!

My mother was at Cadia for about 3 months recuperating from a broken femur bone. 'MC' (the director) and her staff were amazing and not only took great care of my mom but made my mom feel comfortable and at home. I actually think my mom was sad when she was discharged and it was time to leave Cadia.

The physical therapy team were totally amazing and were able to get my mom walking again, which I never thought would happen! Thank you Chris, Lisa and the entire PT team!

When it came time to transfer mom to a new assisted living Ray, the social worker was great and made the transfer very easy.

I would highly recommend Cadia in Pike Creek to anyone! This facility is very clean and the staff have a great morale and obviously care about their patients!

Thank you Cadia @ Pike Creek!!

I loved my stay at Cadia Pike Creek. The nursing staff is fantastic and the aids are so kind and willing to help. The physical and occupational therapists are by far the best in the state. I have been to to several nursing facilities in the state and i have never experienced a therapy staff more wonderful than those at Cadia. The therapists really work with you and provide lots of encouragement which motivated me to want to do well. The patience everyone has is so moving and truly a breath of fresh air. I am getting a hip replacement soon and I cannot wait to come back to Cadia after my procedure.

I have been at Cadi for 2 weeks for rehabilitation. I have received rehabilitation services in many settings and facilities in the past. Cadia rehabilitation services have been the most beneficial. I can in walking 100 feet with a walker. I m leaving waking 500 feet with a cane.

The nursing care has been great. I m leaving with a good understanding of all my medications.

The food has been very good and plentiful. I ve enjoyed my meals with other patients.

Great staff, very compassionate and caring. One of the cleanest environments I ve ever worked in. While working here I feel that I m valued and appreciated. Overall a magnificent place to work especially for a new nurse seeking proficient knowledge and new skill sets. Grateful that I have the opportunity to be part of the Cadia Pike Creek family.
