Employees and arrangements are so good.

I was really surprised by the efficient service rendered by the staff. They were so helpful & friendly. It took only half an hour for me to submit passport documents. Department premises is very well maintained with proper directions to the public. Simply a place with excellent service.

Really convenient operation. Fill the forms online, print, attach copies of documents and just arrive at the Immigration department. Staff was efficient, very helpful & friendly. It took only about an hour for me to submit passport documents. If there's a delay it is because of unruly people. Not the staff at the Department premises. The premises itself is very well maintained with proper directions to the public. Excellent service.

very speed service at normal service in getting passport. usually takes 20-30 minutes for the work in documents. within a month or two passport came to home. nice efficient work

Quite improved dint have to wait long for my visa. Got it done quickly unlike stand in ques and kill Your time lol. It's easy way no ques, no much time wasted. Everything seems pretty fast. I love the new you now. From payment until paper document submission is quite a 5 star. There are restaurants in case looking for a little quick snack since people travel from far off places to get their visa and paper work done here upstairs you have visa department and there's also a mini canteen upstairs too. Down stairs there a restaurant in case you really want to have a real Srilankan food. I couldn't have it cause of the crowd and the smell. And there wasnt KFC all the time I visited I visited like multiple times to this building. Parking is not a problem for 2 wheelers you can park it on the sides of the shops there are small print xerox copy shops. You need to pay and park. Other then that my work I always got it done in less then 2 hours. I travelled all the way from Nawagamuwa

This is the place you have to go to make the passport. This place is well organized for a large crowd. Lot of people come here daily for services. Few floors available. If you have all the documents you need to get one, it'll take less than one hour to hand over your application. Services are friendly here. Security available here too. To make a new passport, you should have Original birth certificate, ID, Photo as they recommend, and the application and a copy of all above.
Space available for parking here, not inside outside the premises. Wheelchair accessible entrance available. No wheelchair accessible parking available.

One day passport service was excellent & got it within 3 hrs.

Excellent service, fast and friendly. The building inside and outside clean as a whistle. Great and well maintained restrooms, excellent cafeteria and all in one place.

Very bad service. I was calling from milano it was haveing 10 min recording the one leady was answer and transfer to other person but nevere answer. 2nd time i call agian but its the same still 15 min recording. Very very bad service.. there earning mony from government without doing any work well.....

A government office, all the things arranged well manner. Staff members are so efficient and friendly. Office building also maintaining well.
