This is the place you have to go to make the passport. This place is well organized for a large crowd. Lot of people come here daily for services. Few floors available. If you have all the documents you need to get one, it'll take less than one hour to hand over your application. Services are friendly here. Security available here too. To make a new passport, you should have Original birth certificate, ID, Photo as they recommend, and the application and a copy of all above.
