Absolute horrible company. I have been in the property maintenance industry for 17 years and I have never dealt with a property management group that was as disorganized and had as little communication as this company does. I encourage everyone to not do business with this company. You will be offered low rates and never receive payment. We did some work for this company back in April/May. Since then I have had multiple people calling me and asking for my proof of insurance and W9. My secretary has sent this information multiple times and also submitted proof of work multiple times. I messaged Dan Lusty again last week and have not received any helpful response. I will write this company off as a loss and encourage everyone I can to leave a one star review for this company.

Dentco does not pay their subcontractors. They continuously did not send the correct paperwork which meant we did not get paid. I know they will comment back on this post just like they did many others about how bad they feel and post the phone number to try and resolve things but that will get me no where. I have called and talked to Dentco nunberous times each time to hear we will get you a check first thing tomorrow yet I still have not been paid!

Company is honest and pays on time. Apps are easy to use, and helpful. Service locations are nice and want a well maintained facility. All the reasons we are happy to partner with DENTCO.

My name is Tyler, I do landscaping for Dentco at a Fed Ex Facility. I read some of the reviews for this company, I disagree with most. I have had a pretty good experience with this company. I get paid when I submit the proper paperwork and do work appropriately. Seems to me there is a lot of contractors in the world that do this type of work. I think if you stick to your word and do the appropriate work everything is fine. When you try to do substandard work you don't get paid, seems fair to me. I have had issues at my property where I wasn't doing work to their standard and they let me know about it via emails and calls, I corrected the issues and no problem. The issues were high grass along the retention pond area, pine trees needed trimmed, and there was an overgrowth of weeds in certain areas of the parking lot and around the fence line. I had to spend more time at the site and correct the issues but that is how it works in my eyes. So as far as I am concerned if you do what you are suppose to everything is fine. Once you correct the issues you take pictures and send them in, if you do the work you should not have a problem doing this. You need to understand that they manage a lot of properties, I wouldn't want their job with all the swindlers in this world, they are just doing their job and watching out for their clients and themselves to make sure what is suppose to be done gets done.

If there was an option I would give this company zero stars! They are a complete joke and after reading the other reviews it sounds like I have the same complaints as everyone else...They do not pay you and run you around in circles. They were subcontracted to hire us to plow for a local gas station, we did 2 months worth of work before deciding we did not want to work with them anymore, and in that 2 months their management went through 3 different people who have never been able to help us and we have only gotten paid for half of the work and it is now 7 months after the work has been done and still no payment. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK WITH DENTCO.

Companies like Dentco are nothing more than money managers who have absolutely no knowledge about the services they provide. They provide their clients with pricing far below industry standards and then solicit "small contractors" to carry out the services for a fraction of what it is actually worth, ultimately finding any way possible to deny payment, because that is the only way which they actually accrue profit for their company!!! Review based upon my 40+ years of providing quality commercial, industrial and retail landscaping/snow removal services.......

We have been with Dentco as a Contract Partner since 2017 and it has been one of the best experiences we have been a part of in over 25 years of landscape management. They are one of the easiest companies to work with, you can call at any time and get someone to talk to and they are always very open and honest about their business structure. They always help out on new sites with our initial startup and help us make sure that the sites are always in tip top shape. Our partner we deal with on a day to day basis, Ron, is an excellent person to work with. They always have up to date information for us about site status at any time. They truly are an excellent company to grow with.

Quality Service inspector that received terrible rushed training, pay, mileage reimbursement, lodging or meals and changes to schedule at last minute and properties you inspected were usually not on same page with their management or the subcontractors! Lots of subcontractor turnover and miscommunications, They let me go via e-mail! Real professional company, NOT!!!

DENTCO has been a great company to work with. I have only had a few issues with payment, and when I did it was typically my fault. Very pleased with the staff I have had a couple of different QSMs (Quality Service Managers), they have all been very professional and friendly.

From a Contractor stand point:
Stick with the contract details and there is no problems.

For the consumer: DENTCO stays on top of their contract partners to make sure your property is taken care of well.
They have someone that goes through weekly to review property and if something needs to be addressed they let the contractor partner know to take care of it quickly.

Everything looked to be going well... They received all of my insurance and said that we were good to go! Went to service the properties. The first property is a newly built Property... In Louisiana we have had a lot of rain. Their agent who comes down to look at the properties should have known about the excessive trash and construction debris, therefore a clean up work order should have already been in place. It was to wet to mow. That being said I received an email about some insurance paperwork not being completed therefore I could not receive the payment. I send it over to my insurance guy and a lady in their department. I asked them to get it fixed asap. I have waited over 72 hours for them to get it fixed. The Dentco ins. Department has failed to contact my insurance agent. Then on top of that I get an email about installing mulch on my dollar. Why would Dentco think that I would spend my dollar on mulch when I may not receive payment from our work! Reading other contractor reviews I am
Glad to say I will not be doing buisness with this company! I feel like they are trying to hustle good quality people who are trying to make a living and they cannot even do their part and then dictate to the contractor what they will be paid

Do not do anything for them. Never been paid from 2108 emails, & phone calls do nothing, They never paid invoice's and we uploaded everything on their app. to get paid faster. Yeah for them to get paid. They collecet and you do all the work in the cold.

Not a good company. They're pay is far below what the job is worth and they don't pay on time.

I do not recommend contracting with these guys. They have subpar technology and communication internally and with the vendor. They have the ability and make unilateral decisions with no explanation or warning. Services that are completed by the vendor are not necessarily compensated has agreed to. They also have charge backs and have little to no accountability or insight or review on these charge backs against the vendor.

Horrible company to work with as a vendor. They lie, cheat and will back charge you any chance they get. They currently owe us $3,000, but will not pay us until we sign their amendment. Little do they know my company has plenty of cash to spare and we will be placing a lien on the properties we handled. Along with phone calls to their clients cooperate office to discuss non payment of services.

Horrible company to work with. They will screw its vendors without a blink of an eye. Not much else to say. They argue with prices and make it near impossible to get orders to close out. There procedure is long and tedious to submit a simple grass order and then they never communicate internally. Joke of a company. Have no idea how a company like this is in business.

DENTCO is an Excellent Company to work for as a Subcontractor. We began working for them in 2012, and have had nothing but good experiences. We have worked with several other Management Companies, and Dentco is by far the easiest to work with. Quality Service Managers are there when needed to address any concerns you may have, and always willing to work with you on any issues. Staff is courteous and always readily available if needed. Paperwork & Contract Requirements are made clear ahead of time, and the use of the Mobile Application helps to maintain all of this. We have read several of the reviews posted and disagree with negative comments. Paperwork Reporting/ Mobile Application Reporting is made clear up front, along with Payment time frames, etc. As long paperwork is submitted correctly and on time, there has never been an issue with payment. We would highly recommend this Company!

The App and Portal will assure everything is in line to get paid on schedule! The App eliminates the paper SVTs entirely which is great. And checking the Portal immediately shows if Dentco doesn't have all the correct documents like Invoices and up to date Insurance Policies required before payment can be issued, without even needing to call!

We have worked for these guys for years now. They make it real easy to work together. Get paid on time.

Dentco is an awesome company to work for. I have worked for them over 4 years and they have always been very professional and courteous. They pay on time and is always in contact with us. Love this company.

Companies please use this management company, we have been working with Josh last 4 years, always paid, if issue we are given time to rectify it. We work with many different companies like Dentco and by far trust was built in past years. Easiest app to use, checks come by second week every month, less stress knowing money is on time. Their quality team inspections are great and they know landscaping! Not just a guy or girl out there not knowing what to look for is a big difference.
We love Dentco! If more landscapers would put positive reviews up it would help good companies grow.

It is currently 1-14-21 and we are still owed a landscape payment from 5-1-20. When you have an issue with an invoice they are difficult to get ahold of to resolve the issue.

Great company to deal with Ron Hart is a very polite and professional quality service manager that makes sure everything gets taken care of! Highly recommend to customers and contractors.

Scams, they pick and choose who they pay. Some contractors such as myself worked for this company and have never received any payments. They get paid but never pay there contractors. They structure there contracts to basically swindle you out of your time and money.

I have worked with many management companies. Dentco response is exceptional! Highly recommend!

Well, I was hoping mine would be a different story, but like many, here I am not getting paid by Dentco. Same as the other reviews, keep asking for more and more paperwork to get paid until you give up. We are going to be going after Pep Boys, the store that we did the work at, for payment. These companies have to hear that they have Vendors not paying Subs, and they just don't care. It seems Dentcos job is to be the bad guy and stiff payment for these large corporations. I am contacting my AG's office in Delaware about this also.

Attention Snow Contractors!!! This company has not paid one invoice for snow plowing salt service. Do not work for them. They expect so much but wont pay for any services. Contracts don't matter to this company. Very sad that we work around the clock to make sure the property were safe and they wont pay . DO NOT WORK FOR THEM>

I do some subcontract jobs with Dentco, they re easy to work with. They have very good communication skills, Corey does an excellent job managing!

Attention to all contractors of Dentco and all soon to be contractors. DO NOT associate your company with these people they do not pay for the work rendered in the contracts. BE AWARE!! They are scams.

Your response is bogus and there has been plenty of time to do your piss poor inspection since there has not been any snow here. This is just another one of your excuses to keep from paying your contractors. And it should be illegal. You and your company are frauds. You sucker people into doing the work for you and not want to cough up the money to pay for it and then when you do it comes with some excuse why you don t pay the whole bill. Get your staff and your business in line. Before you loose your contracts due to not having a good relationship with the contractors that actually due the job. I can understand that sitting in that office all day with people that sit on butts all day can cloud your judgment. But you what is right now step up and be a man and pay your contractors without all the BS. The rating stays the way it is. Have good day.

I would never recommend anyone work for this company! They are absolutely terrible when it comes to get paid! They find anything and everything to take money away from you on top of it takes months and a number of excuses as to why you haven't been paid! We had a horrible experience with them since day one

we deal with about 10 other management companies, dentco by far is one of the best. they tell you the truth, they pay on time (for those who say they don t, you more than likely did not follow their procedure)
dentco is a company we plan on working with for years to come.

Worst Company I have seen in the industry! They will run you in circles for months and you will MAYBE see a small portion of your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Hurry up and wait 6 months or more to get paid! What a joke! They have consistently lost our paperwork and then blamed us for not turning it in, we then forward the SENT email with attachments. I've been told countless times that I would get a call back regarding payment and nothing has happened, I just get transfered to the next person who doesn't have a clue as to what their doing. I would give 0 stars if I could. Poorest communication of any company I have ever worked with.

After reading reviews I was skeptical doing work for them. However, it turns out they are easy to work with, once the paperwork is filled out (which wasn t that much or bad). This is my second year working for them. Dentco has an app to verify that we were onsite salting and plowing which is easy to use and covers both of us. Our quality service manager is very polite and professional. We worked for a site that was very picky and he did/ does a great job interceding for us. They seem to be fairly loyal to their subs.

I would stay clear of these people everything was fine. Until this last winter when mysteriously they was getting my app transactions. Read the reviews I'm not the only one having this issue and I would bet there is more that never left a review!!! Didnt get paid for all last winter snow for one store right at 2100 this company is a dead beat.

Don't do business with them. They are liars. I delt with Brandon Fiebiger who completely lied to me and set me up. Chipotle's grass was mowed by the complex it was in NOT by Dentco. When I told Brandon about he said th take pictures of it More

Our company, Master Trimmers, works with many landscaping contracting companies. Dentco is by far the easiest and most pleasant company to work with. Our quality service manager, Wendy, is awesome and easy to work with. We wish all of our contractors were run as well as Dentco.

Takes forever to get paid. Managers always changing. Sometimes you get shorted on salting, the employees call and beg to get stuff done and you do it, then you dont get correct paperwork which means no payment.
How things are ran are over complicated. PAYMENT is the biggest issue. Some of the staff are great.

Place is a joke! We performed snow removal for them and they canceled services because our salt truck couldn t get there in a half hour. No big deal there are plenty of other business that appreciate our business. But that being said we waited a month to get paid (per billing cycle) come to find out they were not going to pay the full invoice amount only half of it. I wish I would have read some of these reviews on here before doing business with them because come to find out they are true! But if you are doing business good luck with getting paid!

I have had nothing but a positive experience teaming up with Dentco. They are very responsive and are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been working with Dentco going on 3 years & have never had any issues. I ve always been paid on time, and everyone has always been easy to work with along with being very responsive. A company is only as good as its employees/systems in place & Thomas Plett, Josh, Brandon are all assets in this company as far as I m concerned! Thanks guys & keep it up

Dentco pays what they want and when they want.There many other companies out there that pay well and on time and don t play games with there contractors. My advice to anyone looking to work for this company should think twice. They will do chargebacks on you and avoid paying you. They re App is terrible in their customer service is worse . Again my advice would be don t work for these guys it will be nothing but a nightmare.Keep reading there reviews they have there employees write good reviews to cover all the bad reviews they have from contractors.

I have been working with Dentco since 2015, great company to work with, good customer relationships and service, haven't had any problems with my contracts. QSM Ron has been the best person to work with on these sites and took care of anything I needed. Looking forward to many years to come.
