Took in some lockers today had 1,021 pounds. Made $94.35 ...Not worth the effort.The guys in the scale were friendly.But scrap dont pay at all

Dishonesty false advertising or (maybe employee theift ) Took my oem catylitic converter in with two differant quotes ( $200 mail in ) knowing i was gonna get low balled i needed emergency cash however i did not know how bad they rip off people .. Without looking at the cat says not interested. I stated i did my research and phone call i had made prior to visiting the establishment.. He stated "$15 all they do is sit on shelf " i stated. At the top of my lungs..... "Sombody help im being robbed " chuckled turned around and walked away..... I turned my cat over the next day for $127 . :)so my review two thumbs down. Two middle fingers up .

They closed while the website said it was open. I called them and they didn't pick up. Completely unprofessional. I have been here for a about 10 minutes while covering my wire. So i can finish my errands for today and i counted over 15 cars in that time frame.

Terrible place to go they ripped you off give you number 2 price on nickel plated scrap copper! Nickel cost more than copper this makes no since! If it was burnt I would understand bu clean shinny should be number one! They also won't except a city business license only state LLC this is also not right every were else excepts a business license i would understand if it was not a Portland license i have to pay taxes on it just like any other business! I would say they are zero STARs. They could not even help me by canceling the check they mailed just mailed from the 18th its Dec 24th and now i wont have the money for Christmas worst experience ever! Go anywhere but this place they don't deserve your business!

Pretty good place to sell scrap metal. Scale house employees are always friendly. Other employees are pretty good as well some need to brush up on language skills to make communication easier.

Great place to properly dispose of broken portable air conditioners. Cheap $10 cash fee. Friendly staff.

It's a place to take your scrap metal in and get money

For a little over 300 pounds of scrap I made a little over $20. Took less than half an hour to be in and out. Smooth operation.

Friendly staff but only one area to unload, but not enough of a big deal to make you mad. I m happy

This place rip you off. Never consistent with the price for metal they give you. I hauled in 441 lbs of hospital metal bed frames, and got $21 check. That works out to be about 4 cents per pound. Not even worth my gas it takes to bring it there. Call other local recycler for better prices. I even called to complain, but got the "we don't care attitude"

When I got there there is this huge long line to offload your mettle not a problem over all these guys are right off Columbia boulevard been dealing with them for years only had a few hiccups and they've been fast to take care of everything others laughed I have no complaints recommend

The yard employees are nice enough. I've never seen a place that wants you to exit the facility, then re-enter to weigh on the same scale? Then, you have to maneuver through the place again, to exit

This place will steal your metal call you a their without regard to any truth they are crooks I will never go there ever again was called a their these people are so unprofessional obviously slanderous. I've been scrappin for 20yrs without a problem until I went to metro.

They insisted I let the crane unload my 2008 Ford Super Duty. I wanted to hand unload, but I was told it would be much quicker and better for me. Operator hit my fender well and left an 8 inch dent. Thanks

Poor customer service and a RIP off..brought in high dollar copper and got nothing for it...not even worth the drive..

Great scrap shop, especially for non-ferrous. Very fair pricing, and not too picky. It can be a little intimidating for first timers, and the staff at the gate don't always have the time to be 100% helpful, but you'll get the hang of it!

Horrible experience with 12 screw and bolts in 1 parking space. They made excuses!! Beware of your tires!

I used to buy metal here for my sculptures. I called today, and they state they dont sell to the public. Well what am I then? This is my business though as an artist it is under my name. One star for service so bad you can't even purchase.

For semi-trucks
Appointment isn't problem here . They can take load bit earlier or late . Just on entrance is scale . The are quick . After u have to wait for them to ascot you to dock . The waiting part depending on how many trucks are front of you . They have only one dock , taks about half an hour to unload . After u have to get out & re-enter to scale empty .

Truck #72 is horrible. He almost caused an accident on I5 for absolutely no reason except he thought he need to try to squeeze in between myself and another vehicle to exit the hey. Why would you speed up to cross 3 lanes without signaling when there was absolutely no traffic where you were in the first place.

I go to this location once or twice per year and have never had any issues. Quick service, fair prices, quick payout.

Great place to dump metal or appliances... but wish they'd clean their driveway of glass and small buts of metal.

Great place. I'm a homeowner and have used them when we have more metal than we can put in our curbside recycling. They have been consistently friendly and helpful. This last time (today) we recycled our old gutters along with some old cyclone fencing, and a guy proactively brought a dropbox to us and helped us sort out the ferrous metals. Thanks all, great group.

Husband and bring metals once and a while, never have had a problem, trying to buy scrap metal to weld bars for a window! Hope my appreciation doesn t change!

I have been taking aluminum and steel here for years, they are the mafia, tell you one price over the phone and give you a lesser one once you have unloaded. I hate going there but not a lot of choices out there.

Still the same, just dropped off aluminum boring's was told over the phone that it was 40 cents per pound. Get all done and go into the office and when I look at the print out it says 30 cents. A bunch of crooks and they no what they are doing. "Just tell me the correct price over the phone so I can decide whether I want to go somewhere else"!

My stars just went to one and it would be zero if I could.

Don't blame the scrap yard for Your lack of security on Your car or the idiot who decided to steal from you. Business is business and thank the lord they don't put everyone through the hassle just because there are thieves Out there.

Was gonna bring them 80 tons of racking until they docked 1200 pounds off my first load for 150 pounds of peg board the load was 5,000 pounds won t ever take my stuff there there lost snitzer pays better and doesn t dock you way nicer too
