The advice was given after Suzanne (S) had called me 3 times on my cell and attempted to send me 2 messages that I never received. I asked S if the messages she sent me were email or text; S never answered the questions I had for her. As for where S sent the 2 messages TO, OM responded in her email, “As per email, we do respond from two different emails…”
