Dens: Empowering Vulnerable Single Homeless People to Transform Their Lives
Dens is a non-profit organization that provides housing, support, and empowerment to vulnerable single homeless people and others in crisis. The organization was founded with the aim of helping those who are struggling with homelessness, poverty, addiction, mental health issues, and other challenges to rebuild their lives and achieve their full potential.
At Dens, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. We provide a range of accommodation options for our clients, including emergency shelters, supported housing units, move-on flats, and shared houses. Our team of dedicated staff members works closely with each client to develop an individualized support plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.
In addition to providing housing support services, Dens also offers a wide range of programs designed to help clients build life skills and improve their overall well-being. These programs include employment training workshops, financial management classes, cooking classes, art therapy sessions, counseling services for mental health issues or addiction recovery.
