I've been taking my Audis to Dennis Sherman for over 10 years. It's always a great experience. They do excellent work for a great price and always complete the job when they say they will. The guys are all super friendly and always go above and beyond.
Great shop... very courteous, fair price, and excellent work. Had an electrical window switch repaired after contacting several other shops that were unwilling to work on my VW. I'll be back!
A great place to bring your European cars to get serviced or do maintenance. The prices were reasonable and they can get the car ready the next day if you drop it off the night before.
Before buying my 2005 Porsche, I had Dave at Sherman Foreign Car check out the vehicle. They were amazing...great communication, professional, and very fair prices. Dave and the staff care, and it shows. I took the vehicle back for a known issue with the vehicle slow-starting. Dave had told me it could be two things - one of those meant he might need to keep the car overnight to get the part. When I showed, he had already secured one part and the other part that would take a day...he found one locally so I could have my car back in a day. And that's exactly what they did...got my car back the same day without any problems. It runs great and I'm super happy.

BMW 335i "Service Engine Soon" light which translates to "Check Engine" light popped on. At first, I was put off by the $100 diagnostic charge, but they put that cost toward the repair. Wound up needing a new spark coil, so I'm glad I brought it in and took care of the problem. They saved the old coil for my edification, and answered several unrelated questions I had about the car ...like "where's the battery"! ...turns out to be buried somewhere in the trunk! Scott (I think) showed me where the battery terminals are in case I ever let the battery get low and need to charge it. (Luckily they are very accessible under the hood). Scott seemed to "feel my pain" when it comes to service fees, and that was most appreciated. Overall they did a good professional job with no BS, and in a manner that demonstrated cost effectiveness, and empathy.

Took in my BMW for the scheduled oil change. They also inspected everything to make sure nothing else is needed. It was done at the time I was told. Car is running good. Very friendly and honest staff.
