Please whatever you do, do NOT work here. Denison pharmaceuticals is the worst place to work ever. Management is inadequate, incompetent, only look after their own interests, and unappreciative to their coworkers. People under head of hr are a complete joke and have hatred for the employees. What kind of hr is that? They are understaffed and overworked.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. Everything seemed fine while taking the first steps but as soon as we setup the meeting (it was automated) we got a conformation email that it was set for 330 the next day, their were 2 time slots available. Two hours before the meeting I got an email saying because of snow he was behind and needed to reschedule. When everyone has been working remotely for months and you had the forecast well in advance. At the very least you should not cancel last minute. Fine, sometimes things happen, even though I selected a time based on YOUR availability I can understand things happen. This is where me and my partner get severely angry, I picked a time on the 4th as my partner will be going back to his home country on the 7th, this was mentioned in the first email we sent to the company. They rescheduled for the 8th so after the flight, my partner woke up a hour before the meeting was supposed to take place (4:30 am his time) so we can get ready for the meeting. 3:00 comes around and no one from denison is in the meeting, we wait. 3:02 we send him an email telling him we are waiting, no response. We waited till 3:30 ( The time the meeting was set to end). Not a word till.... 4:02 we got an email (guessing it was automated) Thanking us for attending the meeting and to reach out if we have ANY FEEDBACK OR QUESTIONS. This sums up our experience.
This company is by far the worst I've ever worked for they can care less about their employees no room for growth Management sucks and everything is just Business to them they do so many things to cover them selves from FDA and so many things that the clients dont even know about when products are being made this company is 100% trash dont even know how it got passed 1 star dont bother with this company
I ordered 2 tubes of Hydrolatum on 6/2/21 and have yet to receive a tracking number. I sent two emails to the company asking for an update and got no response. After trying a third time, I got a pathetic response blaming the long processing times on a viral TikTok from April. $10 shipping for a $10 order and this is the service? Avoid this company at all costs.
Don't do it, they act like they like you, but they are the worst company ever, they don't care about employee they just care about making numbers.Managers have preference with other managers if they like you you good if they don't like you you done and they don't pay good.I have a long list but I'm going to leave it here.
