Denali Fitness Review

This gym is so much more to us than working out. It transformed a tenacity for life. It s more than fitness. It s a community. It s coaches who see your capabilities and push you harder. It s friends who poke fun at your idiosyncrasies, who celebrate your victories and who check in with you when you re down. Most gyms have an atmosphere of body comparison and ability shame. But this gym is different. This group has a diversity of ages, abilities, goals, and personalities. But they each embody their own flavor and they are each encouraged to be the best of who they are.

Excellent neighborhood gym. Clean, well run, well maintained. Challenging classes with good instructors. I've been to the locations on Bush, Valencia, and Gough. All 3 locations are great.

No rebate for cancelling our membership due to covid... expensive gym, sauna not hot. no towels. carpet in bathrooms.

Brand new equipment throughout the gym! Super sleek! Nice job guys! Also, the group classes are top notch with a mix of HIIT type classes, Yoga and cycle. Completely affordable especially for the quality and the experience. Thanks Denali!

This is probably one of the best HIT workout programs I have ever done. The trainers are skilled and friendly, using routines that are varied and unique incorporating a series of exercises which include resistance training with weights, plyometric movements, medicine balls, kettle-bells and more.

No towels provided and no one wipes down equipment after use, really gross and good luck during cold and flu season. I was a member for 25 years because it is close to home but tired of asking for simple things like towels and hand sanitizer (which are everywhere at clubs 1/4 of the price). Don t like it when businesses take advantage of customer base because they know it is so convenient.
Quit going 4 months ago and won t be back.
