DEMA SERVICE S.P.A. Review

Agreed to make transportation between Italy and Belgium
Truck arrived on time on tuesday to loading place
But loaded only late in the evening (was loading whole day)
Delivery was agreed for Thursday
But after loading so late on Tuesday we informed Dema managers that delivery will be only Friday
They pushed us to make delivery anyway on Thursday
We tried very hard and informed Dema that we deliver on Thursday at 18:00 and truck arrived on Thursday but warehouse was closed
We unloaded on Friday morning only
Dema issued us invoice penalty for full amount of freight for late delivery.

Totally disagree , bad customer, make profit cheating haulier

They always makes problem with loadings, bookings and other. our truck was stopped for 4 days. :) 0 solution help.

for a matter of seriousness and professionalism you should have at least sent an email to say that the load was no longer available
yesterday you confirmed me by saying that today you were giving me the order I also called you on the phone but you got denied saying that you were in a meeting

Good day, I have loaded for this company from Italy to Kazachstan. Truck was not unloaded ontime, he was 4 days waiting, I have agreed with them 2 free days for the unloading. No penalties wasn't confirm. Sending emails, but no answer. Don't work with them!!! Now second truck is in Kazakhstan 2 days, no answer and surely will be the same situation with penalties
