I have never come across an accounting firm with such a lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Skip Sutton should have his license suspended for gross negligence and quite possibly for fraudulently obtaining fees from my company over the years. He has reached a new low and celebrates losing my company as a client and still is with holding prior year tax returns for weeks and weeks. He will not return emails, he will not return phone calls, and he has profanely exploded on the phone when asked for a simple document request. Steer clear of this firm, especially Skip Sutton. Also important to note- the random invoices (at $400/hr) I would receive sporadically without justification over the years. I am considering taking legal action if behavior is not improved ASAP.
