Still couldn't believe that it became to the largest shelter in Scarborough. Avoid the area if you can!

Definitely an older hotel, but still very nice. The pool area is beautiful, the restaurant was very good. I do always hate glass elevators with my acrophobia, so that was a definite downside.

Great room with a beautiful veiw. The staff were very kind and attentive. Nice pool and lounge area. Great place for a work conference.

We were very disappointed with the service. Garbage and dirty towels were left in our room, which isn t a huge deal. Our room had no mini fridge which is always nice (but again, not a huge deal). But then we had no comforter/duvet on any of our beds (2 double beds). We called once. Someone came up and told my husband that that s how they make the beds, just a sheet and a little thin fleece. I called again and asked someone to come up. She just told me to turn up my thermostat and said they don t use comforters/duvets and just have me another sheet!!!! We had a whole hockey team staying there and they all had comforters/duvets on every single bed. Really awful service and never once have I been to a hotel where all I had was a sheet and a thin fleece. I also found the restaurant too expensive for my family of 5. We we had to bring in food. I will say that the pool was very fun for the kids!!! They loved it!!!

King size beds and pet friendly . The food on the 14th floor Japanese restaurant was amazig .

Went by there to pick up a race kit but had to pay for parking. Was in the facilities for 20 minutes but still had to pay. Unacceptable

It's not bad but there are other better options in the area.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, relatively quiet, nice bathroom. Right off the 401 so super convenient!

Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice, albeit a little dated. The restaurant is in need of a menu refresh and unfortunately there aren't many other options that are walkable.

Enjoyed my stay there. The food and service e provided for our conference were outstanding. Facilities through most of the hotel were top notch, though my room was dated and left a little to be desired.

just checked in..service was amazing...room clean and bed amazingly comfy...saw the buffet that they have for dinner..wish we could have stayed for it but definitely having it tomorrow for dinner

Be sure to book a deluxe room, the premier is outdated and 2-3 star quality. Staff tried to hide this fact. Room had no fridge and was small, dim and outdated. DIssappointed in what was meant to be a luxury getaway for my daughter and myself. I've stayed at many Marriott's and this one doesn't have the quality or service, the staff was sometimes nice and sometimes rude, strange. Even the spa staff were rude and the service was terrible. Will not be back.

The hotel itself shows its age in some places, but ultimately the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The kids enjoyed the large pool and water slide, which wasn't too crowded. We were satisfied with out stay and would stay again.

Since I stay at this location often for work and for long periods of time each visit, I ask for a microwave and mini fridge with a freezer but they are rarely in the room when I arrive and I always have to call to ask and sometimes it results in a lot of issues and back and forth. Some of these rooms also have mold and I have had to ask to be moved before due to the smell.

My biggest thing is cleanliness. The hotel was well kept. Not enough parking but the location is relatively close to the highway.

Aging hotel far from the city center and public transport. We booked a room for 5 the extra bed was missing and there were only 3 towels. The rooms do not have a fridge or kettle and you have to pay for parking while you are in a craft area next to the highway and far from the city center. I do not recommend it.

Just went to a Christmas party here. The food was Okay at best and the servers unfortunately took away our drinks too EARLY! Went to the dance floor and came back to our drinks gone! Other than that, everything was fine there I guess.

This is a great hotel. Nice big pool AMD water slide the food is excellent and the staff are very hosent and kind with you. The room is nice and big. WiFi is faster then most hotels and the prices are great!

Clean rooms and good service. The best part of this hotel is the great pool area with water slide. This will keep the youngsters busy for hours while you relax in the hot tub.

The place is spacious and nicely renovated. Good amenities with the pool and bar.

Check in was a nightmare. Got into my room and the room stunk like piss and stains on the floor. Shower looks like your in a run down motel all rusted and mold on the ceiling. Had a do not disturb sign on my door i came back from being out and the maid had ignored the sign and did the room anyways. I called guest services and complained they said they'd get back to me as to why this happened they never did. Definitely not worth the cost of they charge. It might of been a nice hotel at one point but not anymore. Pillows are lumpy like a sack of potatoes and my sheets were put on inside out. Im going they were clean.

Did not see the rooms as I was there for an event. The conference area just looked old....it definitely needs an update.

Went there for dinner. Service was okay, but prices are overinflated compared to other restaurants in the area.

Stayed there for 1 night at the end of March Break and had a very nice time. The rooms were nice and clean and the perfect temperature for my liking anyway. I did find the pool to be on the chilly side though. The water slide does work on a schedule at least for the March Break time. The staff were very nice and the food was good

Family of 4, 2 kids with autism, 1 night, last minute stay. Good for a family exploring the city (close drive to zoo, science centre and major highway), has decent small pool with life vests, generally guests are respectful of one another, and staff go above and beyond. Tuck shop nearby but not on site, and beware ladies, parking garage and lower entrance does feel a but dodgy at night ("feel", nothing happened). Everyone was friendly and super respectful - and room service was surprisingly decent (as was breakfast buffet)! Would have rated 5 stars, but hotel is dated in some parts (tower 5th floor) and the paint and new linens couldn't hide the window that had a torn screen and frame that was not secured - it actually fell out at me. Had to swap rooms, new one had cracked sink. Pool slides and floor could use a hard scrub, we used water shoes with the little ones.

Clean, friendly staff. Nice food and rooms. Parking is the only issue I have with the hotel. They need a better parking system because, it's sometimes a hustle trying to exit the parking lot because of the gate payment system.

I had a pleasant time at the Delta Hotel at Kennedy Rd. The food was splendid and the service was helpful and approachable. The venue itself was tidy and clean.

Was there for a black wellness event services was not fast we had a water leaking out of a pipe above the event not happy could of been better

Great atmosphere! The pool is an outstanding feature with water slides! Great for family fun.

I went there just for some drinks at the bar they have, i must say it was a little disappointing. The service by the staff was satisfactory, but the beers we had were stale. Very loud environment since the bar is right by the main entrance, which didn t really bother us.

Overall, because of the pool and the service i can t give less than 4 stars, but the product was not that great. Would not recommend for a drink hangout.

Love the pool and surrounding rooms. Great for kid party or just watching the children play in the pool while I relax in the room.

View was great, room was decent size. Shampoo and conditioner was not my favourite, temperature took awhile to adjust woth the thermostat. No outlet by the bedside table. And next door baby was crying loudly

Old school hotel with a large pool in the middle of the lobby. Smells a lot like chlorine, so ask for a room away from the pool because the rooms smell like chlorine too...
The hotel needs some serious love with painting and new carpets!

Disgusting rooms, water stains on walls and ceilings, mildew in bathroom, pubes on toilets. This is a motel masquerading as something else. Way too expensive for what it is.

Accommodations are nice but a little outdated. I read reviews about needing improvement with cleanliness but so far everything seems pretty clean. The dark color scheme may give an unclean appearance but thats not the case. Staff is very nice, especially the servers in the restaurant and food is very good as well.

Its a great looking hotel great service except for the elevator. It was running super slow. But great service.
