If I was not travelling with animals, I would have a much better review. But I booked the hotel specifically because it was pet friendly and when I booked I let them know I was travelling with 2 puppies. They put us on the 9th floor at the very end of the hallway away from stairs and elevator, therefore ensuring we would be unsuccessful on getting the dogs out to pee without an accident. It is SO inconvenient, then I will be finding another place to stay for the duration of my trip, despite paying in full when I booked. It is very disappointing. Add to that, there was no information in the room about local restaurants or room service options and while the bathroom was equipped with a fan - it did not work.
All that aside, the bed is one of the most comfortable I d ever stayed in.
I m sure the hotel is lovely for overnight or business stays, but is definitely not pet friendly.
One of the original airport strip hotels. Clean and recently renovated.
Came to write an exam here. Very quiet, fast wifi, Starbucks downstairs. :) Perfect if you need a quiet place to study.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Delta hotels. The staff was wonderful and the service was exceptional.
Really enjoyed my stay here for about a week. The facility was extremely clean with physical distancing and COVID cleaning procedures in place.
Because I wake up at 5-5:30 am. Due to Covid safety there is no longer coffee machines in hotel rooms, I understand this. What I don t understand, is why there isn t coffee provided in hotel lobby, like every other hotel I ve stayed in. I was told to wait until 6:30 for Starbucks to open. Would not recommend this hotel, nor book another night here.
Great customer service, incredible COVID protocols. After just spending a week at the Westin down the road (a "higher class hotel") I'd book the Delta any day compared to the Westin. Would give more stars if possible.
Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay. I have been blessed travel a fair bit. The hotel surpasses the brand. Modern light fixtures radiate the lobby. The staff is what makes this place. You can see the extra effort taken. All my personal concerns about the current pandemic were put at ease with all the precautionary measures taken. The convenience of having an high end japnese restaurant, spa, variety store, and car rental place is fabulous. Thank you again to the manager, and young woman who handled all my concerns with care and ease .
This hotel is a mid-level hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the check-in staff is very friendly. Elite members can have free buffet breakfast (worth $25/person) but the breakfast was nothing special (didn't even have waffles!). You could buy a-la-carte breakfast items if you wish.
