Really great if you want to NEVER feel prioritized. I felt prioritized on the day I signed up, and believe me, that was the ONLY time I felt it. Since signing up and getting an abundance of false promises - "we will find you a job," "you are a priority," and other such nonsense, the only, and I mean ONLY time I have heard from them in FOUR months was when I called and reached out to them. I even said I'm looking for something short term and temporary and really desperate. This meant nothing to them apparently. I have received ZERO interviews, ZERO phone calls, ZERO emails, ZERO text messages, ZERO linkedin messages- NOTHING. In four months. NOTHING. I would never sign up with them. Go to literally anyone else if you want a shot of getting an interview. I even had to call the company, get transferred, and ask why they weren't responding to my emails and messages. Waste of time.

The building is easy to access off the tollway with nearby parking. The staff was awesome! Very open, kind and prompt. I spent about 45 minutes there for an interview and it was probably the most professional yet relaxed interview I ve ever had.
My personal experience with Delta Dallas has been very rewarding so far. I ve had the pleasure of working and communicating closely with Dana who is an absolute doll. I met a few of the other staff members who were all equally as kind. I can honestly say that out of all of the other staffing agencies I interviewed with, Delta Dallas was the only one that delivered. Dana was very prompt in her responses to me and was somehow able to work her magic to land me a temp job that I really wanted! I m sincerely looking forward to continuously working with them to find the perfect permanent position for me. Also, I feel the need to mention that this is my first time ever going through a staffing agency and they made the whole experience much easier than I even anticipated and took the time to not only listen to me about my experience and desired role, but to explain the whole process to me. I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received so far and I look forward to what s in store for me in the future! Thank you Dana and staff for your work!
After working with this agency I have to wonder if the five star ratings below were posted by employees of the agency. Compared to other recruiting firms in Dallas this one is a joke. The sent me a technical questionnaire to complete and after I returned it as a professionally prepared Word document they requested me to resubmit the document re-written by hand and they refused to proceed with the other document. Neanderthals.
I have nothing but great things to speak of this company. Both Shana Alegria and Kimberly Wright were VERY instrumental in making sure I landed an amazing opportunity so soon! I highly, highly recommend this employment agency if you need super professional experts who can help you on your job search!
My experience at Delta Dallas was quite distasteful. I hope anyone reading this uses my story for wisdom and warning.
Initially, all of my communications were via Nanette. I liked Nanette, but she cut a lot of corners and was not truthful about my job description, which made my time there so uncomfortable. I wasn't the only person experiencing this so they let Nannette go.
After which my main contact was Shana. Shana unfortunately was worst, because although Nanette night have been quick to "sell", I always felt that she was trying to help. On the other hand, I told Shana that I was unhappy with my assignment but would do my best to make it work, and later found out that Shana went behind my back with my employer to replace me. I was not given any prior notice, just on the spot being "let go" because my replacement was coming in the next day. Now, I do not expect much from my employer, but Delta Dallas could have given me notice, knowing that I was not happy there. To this day, almost a month later, I have not heard a word from them. Very unprofessional and I am disappointed by the experience.
They were helpful for only the 2 and a half days I had employment. The company they sent me to was called innovative homes, the assignment they had me doing was back work of the current employees. Then on the half day I was there I was told to leave because I took a call pertaining to the company but was accused of not doing my work and having an attitude, mind you I never talked to anyone there. So idk where they collected that information. I called my recruiter asking for work, she attempted to try and be helpful. Should ve known it was a front because I couldn t get placed again. I m new to temp agencies and clearly don t know how they operate. Oh well found better work, for better pay without a staffing company. Good luck to anyone that uses them.
NON immigrant friendly company If you didn t born in this country don t waste your time and avoid this agency, they re not capable to help,I showed up with my resume and a representative (Nanette) pretend to listen but a week after of no hearing from them I visited the office again but when the receptionist was trying to check who i was on their files it happened that I wasn t even in their system, so it was pretty obvious they didn t care about me the first time.
It s always a great experience working with Delta Dallas. The staff there are very friendly and attentive. You are their top priority if you need work sooner than later.
Delta Dallas is genuinely a unique and amazing company. They fully understand how potential candidates should be treated through every step of the process. In a world flooded with staffing, consulting, and recruiting firms that all promise the experience for both clients and candidates, Delta Dallas shines as the one who got it right. I ve worked for a large agency with internally and seen first hand how far off track things can go, Delta Dallas restored my faith in this industry.
I recently worked with Delta Dallas on a two day assignment and really enjoyed it! The lady I worked with Shana was really nice and she listened to my job description needs. Overall, had a great and pleasant experience.
This is a horrible agency. They pretend to be interested in you, promise you that they will contact you, then they forget about you. I have an excellent resume and lots of work experience. I arrived for the interview very polished, dressed in a suit including panty hose and nice pumps. I was very prepared. The waiting room was filled with sloppy applicants, dressed in jeans, flip flops, etc. However, they treated those applicants with more respect. What a joke.
Delta Dallas has an amazing team of recruiters who care about their candidates. The high-powered recruitment staff is highly experienced, driven, meticulous, helpful, and friendly. They facilitated the best job opportunity of my dreams and gave me so many helpful tips on how to ace the interview. I really appreciate their hard work, constant communication, and genuine care. Thanks to everyone at Delta Dallas.
I have worked with delta several times, they have ALWAYS been professional, efficient and kind! If you are looking for a Temp agency that s really cares and is willing to invest in you Delta Dallas is it. Shana, Dana, Taylor and Debra are so amazing!!!!!
Working with Don Crawford and his entire team has a complete joy. I highly recommend Delta Dallas for anyone looking for talent or any one needing talent.
My experience with Delta Dallas was very disheartening. I worked directly with Kimberly, and she was helpful in the beginning but that was short lived. I was assigned a "temp to hire" position with two other people. I was the only black woman out of the group. The company liason was a good friend of Kimberly and I am guessing that is why things were shady through out. The office wore casual clothing (tennis shoes, slides, CROP TOPS) but I was penalized on day two for a top that I was wearing. (A nice tank top with a BLAZER) Every time there was an issue Kimberly only likes to speak on the phone (so there is no documentation) and refused to email me. I also was penalized and eventually let go for "low productivity" even though I was working harder and getting more done then my peers. The training was non existent and the company was more focused on having beer socials then training the new hires. (crazy right? they gave out beer and wine 3x within two weeks of being a temp) I know that I was discriminated against due to how I was treated. Who said talking at a job was a crime? Apparently it was because my peer was threatened her assignment for talking to me. The standards were ridiculous in comparison to the sloppy management at the assignment. I say all this to say that if you are PERSON OF COLOR they do not have your best interest and no matter what they say, you are always going to be treated differently and they MAY let you go for the smallest of things. Good thing I was still applying for jobs and was able to get a WAY better job within a week. STAY WOKE.
Do not recommend! Do not even waste your time! My first experience was great, I worked with Alesha and she worked to find out my information and even helped with my resume. I think it was around the holidays and I believe I had one interview. How it works is they have different recruiters for different jobs and thats when it went downhill. I was waiting on a lady because she was busy for like 25 mins and she decided to not come out. Not taking it personally I continued to work with Alesha who made regular contact until I found something temporary. Fast forward 2 -3 weeks I guess Alesha stopped working there. The receptionists are sweet as can b and because I had good experience with her I decided to just try again. I met with Kimberly, she is probably the rudest person Ive been in contact with. She's condescending, short and dismissive. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this company. There are plenty of jobs and employment agencies that are happy to help EVERYONE regardless of their color, sex, or creed. Example Officeteam or Ajilon.
I met all the qualifications but apparently the hiring manager didn't think so I had well over two years of dispatch experience and the qualifications only required one year of dispatch experience She didn't even give me a interview wow hopefully its not because of color
Delta Dallas is a top notch firm for both businesses and job seekers. They rigorous make sure that the candidate is a fit for the organization they are placing the candidate, ensuring there will be no problems down the road. I can attest to that. Very professional organization.
I had the pleasure of working with Kimberly, Shana and Dana. They helped me find multiple jobs and always made me a priority. I would recommend Delta Dallas 100%. The staff is lovely, hard working, attentive and they truly care about what they do. Thank you all!
I've struggled with writing this review simply because I don't like to think that certain types of people still exist in the world maybe it's the bubble I place myself in who knows. Needless to say my daughter was so excited to receive a call from this staffing service. Upon arrival she was of course greeted however after meeting with Shana she was left feeling degraded. Her resume was submitted prior to the interview therefore Shana was well aware of her experience, job history etc. so if her not having 10 years of work experience at the age of 28 was going to be a problem then perhaps she should not have reached out to her. The focus of the interview shifted from placement, experience, knowledge and skill set to my daughter having what Shana called "fun hair" however we call them braids. My daughter does have a facial jewelry aka "Monroe" which can be removed however right now she's unemployed. Shana goes on to tell her that blazers, trousers, skirts and office appropriate heels are recommended if one is expecting to be placed by their staffing agency. I've worked in corporate America for 25+ years in a 20 story building and I've seen this dress code she speaks of almost vanish. I've had managers and directors with tattooed sleeves, facial piercings, colorful hair aka fun hair, jeans and even knee length shorts added to the dress code and my resume insist of places that I'm sure she wishes would reach out to her agency for placement. Perhaps if she'd taken the time to review the resume speak with my daughter about her experience at Jordan Healthcare, Cigna, Capital 1 etc she'd know that she does have experience and is only seeking employment due to a reduction in workforce. Someone who displays this type of or lack of professionalism should NOT be allowed in this position. In my opinion part of her job getting to know the applicant, explaining that once hired the dress code is business casual, you will have to remove your piercing etc. Not tell the applicant your client base is more upscale and we won't be able to place you which to me means aka we don't want to work with a black woman with fun hair aka braids. Ever heard of diversity or Racial Sensitivity training?
I would like to thank Delta Dallas for helping me find the right candidates for my company. The team of recruiters at Delta Dallas is focused on providing 100% guarantee to their clients. I have been associated with them for a long time because each time I worked with them, they helped me find the right candidates with the required industry acumen
Dedicated All Women Staff!! My interview with Delta was great. All of the women were hands on to helping me find a good fit job. I worked with Delta for a month and loved all the interview opportunities and finally settled for my first contracting job. Temp to Hire. Just have a great resume, good work ethic, and passion. These ladies will work with you.
My experience with Delta Dallas was awesome!! No complaints on my end. My interview process was very nice and inviting staff was so friendly. It was a warm welcome when I first arrived my interview process was very reassuring. I will refer anyone I know in need of a job to them.
I went in for an interview and was told I had great experience and that there may have been a position right then that was open. I was introduced to another lady in the office and was told she would follow up with me. I never heard anything back from both. I called and left message for the one I spoke with, no response. Then I called a few times as well as sent follow up emails with the one I actually interviewed with and never received any type of follow up. I still have yet to hear back from anyone.
I have an extensive experience and a resume to back it up, so I was called in for an interview. While on the telephone this company was very friendly, but when I arrived (and was black) their entire demeanor changed and the recruiter was very avoiding towards me from that point going forward. It's terrible to see how racial bias and profiling still exist and how that mentality can be still a handicap in the professional world!!
I would mirror all of the other positive reviews of this agency. All of the ladies are great and work with me and my work schedule, goals, short term needs and long term needs. I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend them to any professional seeking assistance. They definitely excel at communication while being straight-forward and thorough.
After getting laid off, I wasn't seeing much action regarding future opportunities. Once I met with this group, they helped me update my resume and were actively engaged finding new openings in my field. Yea!
I recently applied to several jobs and received a call from a recruiter's name Nanette. She just tells me that she is not open to help me because my experience and my studies were from Puerto Rico and that her customer's want people with over 5 years of experience in the United States. Puerto Rico is part of the United States, we are governed by the same rules and regulations, especially in the financial field where my experience is. They are not open to help people that came from other countries.
