Dell International Services Review

I have contacted this support center. It is the worst support center ever. I purchased 4 other company laptops and support was never needed or have no issues. India support is the worst I have ever experienced. I started hating Dell and never going to buy a Dell laptop anymore even though for cheaper price...Lesson learnt!

Such greenery and open space and planned construction hardly easily found in Bangalore.

Good place to work. I love work from home option available in my project. It saves considerable amount of time in travel. Just awesome. Variable pay varies considerably though but overall a nice place to work.

Took 30 minutes to tell me to go check somewhere else for a battery part.

Over the years when this has been taken over by NTT Data Services. The quality of the office has gone down. This includes security and housekeeping both. No security checks of bags and personal belongings. Many a times there is shortage of tissues and other toiletries. The place was quite good at the time of Dell. Now it's going bad.. Too sad !

I got selected but I never got offer letter reason he freeze ...... So disappointed

Really good place to work. Ambient space and facilities are top notch.

Went there for one interview with Dell international services. The campus is really very big with lots of trees. Wanted to work there but unfortunately I got rejected.

Dell India is completely different than the Dell in rest of the world. If you don't take my word, just buy a premium product from them in India and try to get them to fulfil their commitment of service in any product... you will feel exactly what I said. These blokes are not at all serious about any commitment to the customer. The word NEXT BUSINESS DAY support literally means NEXT day after they get all the parts in hand and 90% of the time premium products like XPS models have no parts ready even for products just launched 6 months back.

Absolutely annoying client services team... paid way too much than they deserve for products and services.

Stay away !!!

This is not dell service anymore NTT data have acquired this place. It needs to be corrected. This place is easily accessible and large enough with good number of buildings

The campus looks green and elegant.
Visitors parking is at the North end gate will not be allowed to go any other way.

The office is very good. But it is a Whitefield area. So the sorroundings is not developed that much. Yet you can visit so many places nearby. Office ambience is good. Working environment is good.

Now new name is NTTData , as Dell has been sold to NTTData.
