The treatment you give your suppliers is the worst.

I got bumped off a flight and had to spend a night at Delfines. While it is clear being sent to a hotel by an airline is not the same as being a 'normal' guest, I found Delfines to be comfortable, efficient and enjoyable. The room-service food was tasty, and service at the front desk a was quick and friendly. An incredible location in San Isidro as well!
