The facilities where I was part of the press for a note were very nice. But apparently the treatment of security personnel is somewhat authoritarian and hostile. They almost bounced us sending to save as bags our cameras and press equipment without reconciling in a good way if they were in complications.

WONDERFUL VIEW, it has all the services, the food is delicious, varied. Before I had come to the restaurant, I had expectations of a good meal and that's how it was.
The only drawback is that the guest can be heard from the side in the room. However I am satisfied.

Safe and quiet area with easy access.

Very small garage and narrow spaces for cars. My BMW car was hit by a truck while it was parked inside the hotel, but no one was responsible for the damage.

Besides of the confort in the room they will do whatever is necessary to gain your satisfaction, I believe if you ask them a room with blue walls they would probably paint it just for you.

Super spectacular this hotel, it really has well deserved its five stars. All the catering and event organization services are very efficient, they organize the rooms and chairs at the moment which works very well for large events that require to distribute several rooms constantly

Great hotel, competitive pricing. The in-house restaurant is top notch and the nightclub/bar certainly holds its own. If it has been years since your last visit, be wary, as they NO LONGER have actual dolphins in the pool.

Beautiful hotel, it was not by choice but by a problem of flights where the airline took over. But if I return to Peru, Lima, I would choose it again. We loved the story of the origin of his name, my daughter is sorry I didn't see the dolphins. Cleaning, attention, food and staff would be 10 points. Like environment. We walked to the ruins and to the shopping. The only point against having no closed pool, to enjoy in winter.
