I had a poor experience in the hiring process itself. There is absolutely no transparency. In first call it was shared that there would be two more discussions and a decision will be made. But after having 4 discussions with people at different levels asking more or less the same questions, I was given an 8 hours long technical assignment out of nowhere. Nothing of that nature was specified anywhere in their so-called process. I am so glad that though they wasted my time but atleast I was saved from joining such a chaotic place.
