Del Property Management Inc Review

Nora, Claudia, the rest of the management team, all the security guards in my building and all the other staff members in my building, 15 Viking Lane, have always been extremely helpful and kind! One time I lost my keys and didn't have a backup and so management or the security guards came and locked and unlocked my door for me while I was at work for many days in a row until I got my new set of keys! The level of caring with all the staff in this building is unlike any I've seen in the many other condo buildings I've lived in! Also any complaints they hear, they listen to and immediately respond and fix the problems right away! I love the building I'm in and appreciate all that they do to make my living experience amazing!

These idiots don't do anything besides collect your rent. Don't get a rental unit if these people are the property managers.

NO NO NO - probably the worst out there - look at the ratings, yep have evidence of dishonesty and false statements. Yahoo won in court one case against them - Dumb as a door nail and push their contractors on you even if you do not need the work - STAY AWAY - Tag

The most rude individuals I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. They are almost bullying in nature.

If there is a scale from 0 to 5, then I will absolutely give 0 on their service. The manager and the front desk person at my condo are jerks.

Our condo manager who works for Del is an incompetent person. Does not reply to emails or voice mails. If by luck you get her on the phone she just lies. Del should tell their managers they are in the service industry and they need to work with residents.

Today I came in to discuss a simple matter of our AC unit still not working even about before and after the whole entire Condo's AC went down... and as well we needed assistance on posting about wanting to rent a parking space in the next month's bulletin update. Very quick and easy to answer.

Front desk lady was extremely rude, and gave us a disgusting attitude with her tone of voice. I am just a part of the community as anyone here. Explain to me how can someone like that be working to serve a community? I've never seen anyone like that... my god.

I have been with Parc Nuvo on Viking Lane since it launched. We have the best Del Management Team at Parc Nuvo with Claudia Musetti at the helm and assisted by Nora Duman, the 'Dynamic Duo'. They care about our community as an extension of their own family. Exemplary management, secure environment, respectful and well maintained, beautiful building. The BEST!

We have been involved with PN since before the building was ready for occupancy. We purchased "pre construction" then once we moved in, we lived in one condo, our daughter in another one, we also have friends who still live in the building and everyone is very complimentary of Claudia and all her staff at how they maintain the building and amenities!!
Claudia, Nora, etc keep up the great work - so much to be proud of.

I was told to contact the building's electrical contractor for approval of electrical repairs. He requested a fee of $500. I contacted the board of directors who were unaware of the practice. The property manager failed to pass my request for permission to renovate onto the board prior to her vacating the position, I have to now wait an additional month as a result. My opinion of the honesty and integrity of this manager is quite low.

The Del Property manager in my building is a bully. She likes to lecture the residents rather than help solve problems.

I just moved into the Parc Nuvo condo in Etobicoke and wanted to make mention of the excellent Del team at this location. Claudia and Nora are a pleasure with work. Very organized and friendly. Several times now they have gone out of their way to help me. I also want to make mention of the Security Staff at this location, Jawad and his team are fantastic! I am one happy condo owner.

STAY AWAY. As a board member, this property management company is terrible. There is one caveat- the property manager we now have is actually good (after finally getting a good one given that they keep changing like a revolving door), but the underlying company is incompetent in my opinion. They make errors and then refuse to take responsibility for it. MICHAEL SENTENAI, the district manager, ALLAN ROSENBERG, who is the VP of Del do not assist in any manner. They refuse to take responsibility for clear errors and then pretend to be lawyers themselves talking nonsense. DO NOT USE THEM!

We have very positive experience with the condominium management at Parc Nuvo, 15 Viking Lane. Claudia Musetti, Condominium Manager and Nora Duman, Property Administrator are very professional, responsive and polite.

Due to my line of work, I get to interact with property managers all around the GTA quite frequently. The property management staff at 15 Viking Lane is definitely my favorite. The level of professionalism and care that is provided by Claudia and her personnel is absolutely astonishing. The ease of communication, accountability and availability of the management at this property is exemplary.

The management office at Parc Nuvo is fantastic. They are quick to respond and very polite. Nora and Claudia have always been very easy to work with and I have never had any problems with booking any of the facilities available at the building. Jawwad is warm and very efficient. He is very focused and aware of all the activity in and out of the building, making him an ideal candidate as a concierge.

Im living in one of their condo's, their managment is zero , hut tub never works , water is not treated properly (way over chlorine )
