This is by far the worst company and bunch of illiterates I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm trying to get a vehicle picked up and they NEVER return phone calls. Spoke to Tabatha Sanchez who claimed to be a manager and I think my 2 yr old granddaughter is more intelligent. Terrible.....terrible.....terrible customer service!!

Liz of Del Mar Recovery Solutions is AWESOME!!! I was able to obtain all the information needed without being put on hold. Liz's attitude was positive and understanding of my vehicle being repossessed. Liz made my day as she laughed at my sense of humor and my point of views on the entire situation as she reviewed the information needed to provide me with excellent customer service. I shared with Liz that my brother is paralyzed from the neck down to his feet and that my brother would love to change places with me. In other words, my brother would rather have his car repossessed than to be subjected to a life to never walk again. So with that being said, having my car repossessed is NOTHING compared to what others go through in life - it is simply a car - not your health. Thank you Liz for laughing at my jokes about my loco life and sharing your smile in your voice letting me know "it was a pleasure to speak with me as well." THANK YOU LIZ!!!!

Called constantly to only get a busy signal. After reaching an agent was told to call back in 15 mins. It s was 4:00pm at the time. I call back in the allotted time to stay on hold for 55 mins. They closed and never answered my call.

this sucks i call them up try to set up a appointment to pick up my wehicle that got repossesed they constantly go to e-mail and i can only pick it up between 10-2 and no one calls me back but they can come get my car at 0:00 at night though this company sucks\

Excellent customer service. I was given an estimate of pick up within 24 hours and was meet by a caring tow truck drive within 4 hours. The only negative was there seems to be a significant issue transferring calls. The woman who assisted me apologized and called back immediately.

This company is awful. For one the women who answer the phones for live hits are so rude. They hang up on you, they just have nasty attitudes it ridiculous. And forget about getting them to answer the phones. You have to call back to back to get someone to answer

Vanessa was very polite, gave quick, efficient service, and was able to get me the information I needed, AND give me tips to make the next phone call easy. It is a terrible situation to get your car repossessed, but she made the situation easy.

Tried to call them to pick up my car, I'm now fully caught up on my payments. The phone rang and rang until it went to the full voice mail. I recently had spinal surgery and forgot to keep up on my payments, THAT was my fault and I take responsibility for it. The tow truck driver was nice when he showed up to get the car so I am giving an extra star for that but I want my car back please!

I ve been calling over and over again and still no answer, I then get the option to leave a voicemail and it s FULL. Do your job better and answer the phone! So unprofessional and annoying to have to call over 100 times a day to just get my belongings back.

The service and lack of information from the staff...

The service and lack of information from the staff was real bad. They had repod my car but let me believe someone stole it at first. They weren't honest and forthcoming like they should be. Customer service sucks here.

Been doing business with this company for 5 years ...

Been doing business with this company for 5 years or so. Recently renewed my insurance. They sent me notice that my garage keepers was too low. It s been fine since day one!! They want me to spend the extra money on insurance. I haven t had a raise for 5 or so years. Still at 275.00/repo. Didn t want to work with me on the insurance deal. So basically we told them to get bent and no longer doin business with these asshats. We apparently didn t do a good enough service for them. They didn t care to keep us. So beware!! ANOTHER SHADY FORWARDING COMPANY.

Update. Sent them past due bills Melissa hungerford wont return emails or phone calls. So we won t be getting paid. Sending to our collection agency to collect.

Another case of a company that intentionally creates an endless loop in their phone tree typically far before closing time. Interesting how this creates potential profit via stalling resolutions to collect larger fees. Hope you are sued out of existence sooner rather than later.

Customer service is really really bad and rude. A company they hired to tow my vehicle damage my vehicle and they are denying it. They will not let me see any of the photographs that was supposedly took.
They are in my opinion a bunch of crooks

Doesn't answer any phone calls. Only get a voicemail. Website is vague and all department doesn't answer any calls either... States that they are open since 5am but no one seem to be at work.
