Disgracefull

Horrible. They ran our candy machine horribly, old machine often doesn't work properly and sits empty for periods of time. Then they bought our soda machine from Coca-Cola which had a credit card reader. They came in removed credit card reader and they can't keep up with filling the machine. All sodas except Powerade have been empty for a week. We have called them and left messages, still no product.

If your machine is getting product stuck 20% of the time. Replace it? Aramatic doesn't get this, or do they ? 20% more profit.

My biggest complaint is the product they pick. Weird choices, snacks no one wants. Cheap cheap cheap. . List of issues I know of: Expired products. >> Milk expired day added >> large bugs in candy bars and chips

>> Junk product purchased from local marts then resold >> not allowed for resale items >> 20% failure of beverage vending machines. Bill insert broken days to weeks at a time leaving option only of credit card that cost more.

Vendor accused employee of stealing K-cups and making coffee at their desk when employee had boxed of their own K-cups. They switched to having k-cups in machine. K-cup water filter 5 year expired. I would really have to be forced to pick them, but alas my companies managment is out of touch. Really try to find another company who cares. This is not the one. I'll return and post expired products as time passed. Won't take long though. Might cost me some money , but maybe I'll save someone from them.
