Drove over an hour to visit this place. Nothing in their Website said I had to make an appointment to see the office chairs. Lady offered to take my information and have a sales person call me but would not let me look at office chairs.
Horrible experience. Good luck getting a salesperson on the phone to answer your questions. You'll get full mailboxes and unreturned calls - but no answers. Moving on to other options as my frustration level with these guys is at 100.
The best in the business. Do not waste your time with any one else. Love this company and there staff.
Very large warehouse. The product was ready and waiting for us to pick up. Most of the staff was friendly but not willing to put much effort in helping. All the product was in good condition and the order was complete.
Doesn't respond to sales inquiries through email or phone.
Drove 45 minutes to see the show room. Nothing on their website indicates they require an appointment to step on the showroom floor. Even with nobody on the showroom other than employees, the woman that answered the door turned me away. We will be outfitting our new offices with HM due to the poor customer experience. Very poor customer service.
The supervisor, Pat is a very respectful and professional individual. He us also very thoruogh. Keeps the job site really clean and organized. Please thank him for doing such a fantastic job. I think he deserves it for going the "extra mile" on jobs.
