Terrible service...You call trying to get a copy of a diploma which you should have received in the first place and all you get is a run around.You can't talk to anyone because as soon as you say may I help you...I need a copy of a diploma they butt in let me transfer you to the website information which is not what you need

Human Resources department has not been trained well. I was honestly surprised they picked up the phone, as in the past I have called multiple times without an answer. Very impatient and speak as though they have better things to do than to assist employees/would-be employees. They rush you off the phone without even asking if there was anything else needed to be answered and are condescending.

Compared with the worst of the worst in NYC,
This is extremely a failure, unprofessional, and inhuman , all they care is sending you to a private school.
