We did not purchase a vehicle here but stopped to look at several trucks as we are thinking of making a purchase. They have tons of vehicles to offer at good prices. The service was very friendly and not overbearing like some car dealership sales people are. I wish the prices would be posted in the window like other placed as that is very helpful when looking for a used vehicle between a certain price. The lot was easy to access and organized by vehicles and new/used models. We will definitely be going back to look again.

I am really not a dealership kinda guy to have war...

I am really not a dealership kinda guy to have warranty work done. I like working on my own stuff but with warranty issues why pay if you can get it done for free. With that all said I will say I am impressed with the speed in which they got it fixed. I did inspect the work and found no short cuts or knock off parts. Great service and very informative in what was needing done.

Horrible experience with the financing, they failed to respond to calls and emails in a timely manner and lisd to me. I believe I was the victim of Bait and Switch and will be forwarding my documentation to the Iowa Attorney Generals office. BUYER BEWARE !

I had ordered some accessories from Deery Brothers...

I had ordered some accessories from Deery Brothers, for my 2014 Ford F-150. The sales lady, Cindy, was very nice and professional. However, the workers, not so professional. i have a towel on my ds seat, and it was left on the floor. The shop manager told me that he would be able to have his guy spray the bed liner smooth, and that didn't happen. Worst of all, i've had my brand new truck for 3 weeks, and they were the one's to put the first scratch in it. They were lazy in trying to fix it up for me. It was pretty deep, and they didn't even buff on it like the kid say they did. They put touch-up paint on it and that's it. There was another mark too, and it was still there, when in fact, i could have buffed it out my self ( have being a body shop painter in the past). Ill have to take care of it myself when i get back home. They didn't even wash it up for me. I was told that their car wash was down. Funny, cause i seen a kid washing a car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE. build/paint me a dog house.

I feel like there is a lot of communication break down with this company. I called to double check my appointment time, come to find out the lady never put me down. Also the prices vary depending on the person you talk to. However, one thing is for sure it's always over priced. It's cheaper for me to drive 2 hrs back home to have my car worked on.

What an amazing place to come to!!! Excellent service straight forward. I recieved a call from Kris to come in for an appointment. I was able to sit down with Joel Salvador who had a great personality and was able to find what I was looking for. I was able to sit down and with a finance manager Mark who explained how the process will go. Unfortunately I got cold feet.. I highly recommend Deery Brothers for your next car purchase!!!

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a car. I told them I had my reservations and they assured me that the car is in great shape. Upon arriving and inspecting the car the paint on the trunk was dried out and flaking off and the bumper was out of alignment. I told them this and they came down on the price a bit.

When I took the car to get the body issues fixed I was told that there were more issues than what the dealer had described. On top of that, the paint job was shoddy. To get it fixed properly was going to cost way more than the amount that they came off of the price. I called Deery brothers and spoke to Tim, the used car manager and told him the ordeal. He offered no help and basically said good luck.

Overall, they did a poor job of representing the car. The car inspection failed to find flaking paint and parts that aren't aligned correctly. Guys were shady and took advantage of a first time young car buyer. Will not be returning again.

I have used Deery's for years and recently had an issue with an incorrect part ordered. The manager really went out of his way to fix the matter and I greatly appreciate it! Also I recently had work done at the Collision center and it's fantastic! You cannot tell where the damage was at all!

Only because I cannot give them a zero. If you give a bad review for them, be prepared for them to call you at home to ask you to change your review, even after you explain the problem. I gave the review that I felt reflected my experience with them. Afterwards, I felt pressured to change my review and now my opinion is even lower of them. You might have a good experience though. If you see a car you like there, it may well be worth it.

Not a good sales experience when I bought my car new in 2013 and since then dealing with the service department for anything more than an oil change has been disappointing. My last service left me sitting along side the road waiting on a tow back to their service department so they could finish the job. Luckily it was finish(fixed) before they closed. Not how I wanted to spend my afternoon.

I am on a very limited income and every dollar means a lot. Maybe the salesmen or finance person should just say "they don't know how insurance works". It would have saved me a lot of frustration.

Although I did not leave with the vehicle I was hoping to purchase, they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the helpful effort to read the OBD2 codes from the minivan for me before I made the trip. Even after the deal ended up not going through, they were still friendly and helpful. The only downside was we were there for just over four hours; our relative we were going to meet that day ended up just meeting us there. It helps they have fresh fruit, doughnuts, and good coffee. It would make sense to do transactions over two visits if you live close by, such as breaking for lunch.

This is a horrible place. This place kept my daughter there for over 8 hours waiting for their finance person. They told her she would lose her place if she left. They told her if she could have a cosigner she could get a better interest rate. She called me and I told her I would but couldn't be there until 7:30 that night. They told her no problem, she could get all the paperwork done and I could show up later and sign what I needed to sign. But then they kept her there saying it wouldn't be long. Ended up there for over 8 hours!!!!! I was mad when I found out. How could they treat someone so horribly. I found out as my husband and I were driving up there. We live 45 minutes away. I had called her, she was sick and weak from hunger. Her entire day of plans shot because of Deery Brothers. We made a quick stop at McDonald's for food for her. We get there as she was finally getting in to see the finance person. Now. Everything up to this point was really bad business on Deery Brothers, treating a customer that bad. But the finance person, he is either ignorant of his job or just a crook. I am there to cosign. He has me sign paperwork as a cobuyer. That is how it is done now. Okay, I verified this information with another dealership and they confirmed that is how it is done now. But, what that finance person at Deery Brothers LIED about was that he also said that because I had the better credit the registration/title had to be in my name. I argued this with him. I live in a different county then my daughter. He said this four or more times that I had to be the one on the registration / title and all I had to do was call the court house and they will switch it to my daughter's name. It was late, I was concerned for my daughter. She has already been there for so long, and with the finance guy telling us that is how it is done over and over. I signed the title. Now of course after talking to a honest dealership, they told me that guy lied. The finance company can care less whose name is on the title as long as their loan contract is signed. She was told they would fill up the tank before she left with the car. It was on the red line, empty. When she asked why, they said, oh that is for new cars only. Another lie.

Ask for Art Krantz. He was our salesman and was great. He was informative, not pushy, and fun to work with. I am not tech savy and he patiently helped me with setting up my bluetooth and showing me basic apps on the car. Also Terry Mertens sales manager did a great job describing the car to me over the phone and sent me additional pics of the car, and answered my many questions, ( i live 1.3 hrs away )begore deciding to come look at the car.Very nice and professional people.! I LOVE my 2014 Camry .

BEWARE BEFORE YOU CALL!! I called up (12/14/18 a little after 1pm) to check on a vehicle they have advertised on the Internet. The salesman stated that he wanted to go check to see if the vehicle was still on his lot and asked for a callback number. And I told him I did not wish to be called back other than this once and then he informed me it s too late we already have your number and there will be follow up calls. I expressed that this was against my wishes and he basically told me too bad.

No Sir, what is too bad is thats the car in the color that my wife wishes for Christmas and there was a 90% chance that the boys and I was headed up this weekend to get it! Now 0%!

Bought a newer tundra from deerys in west burlingt...

Bought a newer tundra from deerys in west burlington for myself, It was a great truck As they all are. However as an avid toyota guy i wanted to buy my wife a new corolla S.

So we talked to a "Salesman" (I won't put him on blast) about getting into one, We test drove a Artic white corolla, As i got out i noticed a black overspray on the doors. Looked as if it was a door sealant. I pointed it out to the salesman who said it will "buff out". It was under the clear coat so no it wouldn't have. Regardless we were still interested. This is where deerys falls short everytime. We discussed pricing and it went south. I asked why it was 2k more for the exact car with exact options at deerys vs toyota of muscatine, I was told theirs couldn't be cheaper then deerys. Said "Salesman" started getting an attitude when i discussed going to muscatine instead, Because it WAS $2,000 cheaper for the same corolla S. That day we bought a corolla from toyota of muscatine with a better interest rate aswell.

So last year i gave deerys another chance on a 2011 4runner for 26k with 120k miles, We test drove it, I liked it but the price was higher then two other dealerships that had 4runners in the same year with less miles in the sr5 package. I asked if they would come down 1k and give me what my trade in was worth. It didnt happen, I was offered $2900 less for the suv i was trading in because "We already have one on the lot" it had 82k miles and was fully loaded. AGAIN we took our business elsewhere, Was given book value for my trade and purchased a fully loaded 2010 Sequioa platinum with less miles then the 4runner for $2k cheaper then the 4runner asking price.

Once again, A complete let down. I'm in the market for a work vehicle, But will be doing business with toyota of muscatine. Take notes deery.

Save your time and money. This dealership was changing hands between owners when I was shopping and the whole staff was awful. The salespeople are friendly, but incompetent and their managers are pushy, rude and will not listen to you. I had to void a check because they "lost" the keys to my car when I attempted to get a value for my trade in. I wrote a check for a deposit and then had to void it on my phone so they could "find" my keys again. Worst car buying experience ever.

Live out of town and but took our Nissan to have oil changed. Thought they were pricey but thought they did a lot extra that others didn't. It was really cold out and they told us the car wash wasn't working. Gave us a certificate to use it another day. Went to use it today and was told that the car wash wasn't working. I had just walked by a freshly washed Camaro. The girl offered me another one and I'm thinking why, you won't let me use this one. I didn't argue. Instead decided they could keep their overpriced oil changes. Did I mention we bought our year newer, less miles, Nissan for $2000 less elsewhere?

Needed tires for my car. They were super helpful, listened to what I wanted, found me the best tires I have ever owned at a price that was comparable to what I have been paying for cheap ones. Even my dad was impressed, and he always thinks I screw up on car stuff! When I got there, it was clean, staff were attentive and pleasant. Shuttled me to work with a smile. Work done by the time promised. The car wash and vacuum was the icing on the cake. Very pleased. Will definitely do business with them again!

Just had my second experience with this dealership tonight. Worked with salesman Blake Dichraff and could not have been more pleased. He was pleasant, helpful, and gave no pressure at all. I walked away with the car I came for, after test driving three total vehicles. He got me a great interest rate with terms I could live with. Everyone was super nice and made the experience totally worth the trip to West Burlington. Thanks so much! Five stars for a second time!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! On 2/25/20 my husband and I drove 1...

BUYER BEWARE!! On 2/25/20 my husband and I drove 135 miles to Deery Brothers in W. Burlington to test drive a previously leased 2016 Highlander. My husband noticed that the tires were old, all mfd. in diff. years. He pointed this out to the salesman, Blake. He was very concerned with the drivers side front tire which was visibly older and looked as if the sidewall had been repeatedly scuffed against a curb. After the test drive, Blake showed us the service checklist, showing the service dept. had replaced the two rear tires because of significant inside wear on both. My husband noted to Blake that they had replaced the worn tires with used tires. My husband asked if the service dept. would have corrected the alignment problem that was obviously responsible for the uneven wear of the rear tires. Blake assured us that the service department would have realigned the rear wheels when they replaced the rear tires. He gave us the price quote for our trade. We asked that they make a price adjustment for the used condition of the tires since all 4 would need to be replaced much sooner than normally anticipated. . My husband repeatedly expressed concerns over the age of the tires to Blake and Tim, stating he would need to replace all four tires within a 1-2 year time period, due to their condition. He told them that new tires for that vehicle would most-likely cost us approx. $900.. With only a $400 credit for the tires, we did purchase the vehicle. While waiting, my husband went outside and checked the air pressure in all four tires. The driver side front tire measured 36 psi at that time. We had trouble with that very tire two days later. The low tire warning alert light came on while we were traveling 70 mph down the interstate. The tire, which had 36 PSI upon purchase, had dropped to 27 PSI, an obvious indication of an air leak. We inflated the tire to 40 PSI in order to get home. The very next morning, prior to the vehicle being driven, my husband checked air, and again found it had lost 13 lbs. just overnight! He inflated the tire to 37 PSI, and I immediately took it to a tire dealer to address the leak. After inspection, the service mgr. said the tire had previously been punctured thru-and-thru and had been patched (poorly); thus the source of the leak. We took picts. of the puncture from both sides. My husband is a retired state trooper and board certified crash reconstruction expert. He investigated hundreds of serious injury and fatality crashes for reconstruction purposes. Upon discovering the unsafely patched tire, he was FURIOUS that Deery Brothers sold this vehicle in this condition, especially after having expressed those concerns several times to Blake and Used Car Manager Heiniger. Patching a thru-and-thru punctured tire should only be used as a temporary measure until the tire can be immediately replaced with a NEW one. Not knowing the patch/repair condition of the other three USED tires put on the vehicle by Deery Brothers, 4 new tires were purchased 4 days after we bought the vehicle. The new tires were put on at a cost to us of $960.77. The vehicle was also found to be out of alignment, with several parts (camber kits) needing to be replaced in order to make the vehicle safe by aligning the wheels properly. This cost us an additional $181.00. So we were given a $400 allowance by Deery Brothers for something that cost us $1,141.77 to properly fix. Deery Brothers let this vehicle leave their dealership with a dangerous tire and wheels that were NOT aligned. Certainly negligent business practice. We emailed Deery Brothers with a detailed account of our experience after the poor tire patch was discovered. The next day we received a call from Used Car Manager Heininger. He was condescending to us on the phone and gave us no relief . He left us feeling like we were sh*t out of luck and that we that we were duped. That call was prior to the discovery of the wheel misalignment. It is clear that customer satisfaction is NOT a priority of Deery Brothers, especially for out of town customers. BUYER BEWARE!

Shout out to Wendy at Deery brothers in new Burlington. As well as Tim and the rest of the staff who helped us. Very professional . I m from Dayton Ohio and was searching for a certain vehicle. And you all had what I needed. My experience there made me comfortable and happy with my purchase. No matter where you live Deery brothers has a lot to give. One more thing, Toyota makes one tough vehicle. My purchase was a used Toyota. They offer many other brands.

It took us 5 hours to trade in a vehicle. We got almost what we wanted for the price we had in mind. They didn't treat us like we didn't know anything but yet they were still very informative. Very friendly service. All in all we feel like we got a good deal on the vehicle we got.

Only reason I'm giving them one star is to give a review and you have to a least give one star to give a review. I hate doing business with them. They're not friendly and do not do anything to accommodate you. I bought a dodge Durango with a warranty, the tail lamp went out a couple months later. They tell me it isn't covered under the warranty so I had to pay 1,500 to get it fixed. My car also came with free oil changes for 2 years, I can never get in on a walk in. Even if I bring it in early in the morning. They say they do walk ins but they are never prepared to do walk ins to service a vehicle. I just really hate I gave them any business. I should have just stuck with shottenkirk. To me I feel like they don't do anything to satisfy the customer. Then again there's a lot of racism in this town so that might play apart too.

I am writing this review regarding Deery Brother and my sales consultant Blake Dichraff. I purchased a used Dodge Durango and everyone from my Internet consultant (Kristina) to Blake was wonderful to work with. I drove over 5 hours to this dealership because they had the exact vehicle I wanted in terms of color and options. The process to get the vehicle purchased and my vehicle traded in was very easy. When I arrived I was offered something to drink and whole process from test drive to leaving the dealership was only 30 minutes. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from them and highly recommend this dealership

It was the worst experience I've ever had. First they said they had my car then they said they didn't I nearly had a heart attack. Mike from Parts hung up on me. They told me that they could work on it while I was at work and I set up an appointment which they didn't keep because they couldn't find my car that was in there parking lot. It had been there for the past 2 days. I thought I should have at least gotten a discount considering how crappy of a service I got and they refused. Me and my family will never go there again

Brought my Mazda to this dealership for a Premium Detail I bought through the local radio station auction (KCPS).

Deery Brothers did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning this car - even the engine compartment was spotless. Car looked just as good as the day I bought it five years ago and I've gotten dozens of compliments from coworkers.

Nice job Deery Brothers Detail Department!
