Brought our residents of Elmcroft Assisted Living ...

Brought our residents of Elmcroft Assisted Living (West Knoxville location) here last Wednesday. Anne, one owner, helped me out beforehand with coordinating date and time. I'm so thankful I spoke with her! From the minute we stepped out of the bus to the minute we headed home, this was THE best customer service I've ever experienced. At times, I think customer service is dead in America but they proved me wrong. So attentive, careful, considerate, mindful... I am blown away with the family that owns Deep Well Farm and am excited to have built a lasting partnership with. We will most certainly be back next year!!!
