This city shop is best avoided! Count on a minimum of 3 hours of waiting time and a minimum of 1 hour. To request a travel document to register with the city administration, I also spent half a day doing it. 6 security guards are walking around who can help you with a number. Never again prefer a trip to Capelle

This is a snapshot of course. When I visited this city store I almost looked away at the counter. There was no smile left. Information I received: "Call our customer service."

No warm welcome in this municipality by these ladies. If the City of Rotterdam wants to make the city more attractive and improve its image, I would recommend training the staff better with respect to politeness, manners and respect.
