The blonde lady from the electrical lied to me about a product they had in the store saying they had to be ordered online. During a renovation project I had the opportunity to spend more time at this store. Whenever I went to Baia Mare I was pleasantly impressed. Big difference, Dedeman should train his staff with "customer service"

Te store itself is great, huge variety of products well organized shelves and plenty of staff, how ever some of them are not quite thrust wordy, someone soled a premixed outdoor paint and claimed it was the color I asked for and that it looks different on bigger surfaces, ended up having to repaint our whole house because it looked like a huge lemon.

The sellers in dedeman are much more professional and helpful, than in other shops of the city. Wide choice also.

Good store with great chances of improving services when the customer will be a real priority!
