Very poor communication about the delivery. (Order went through the Karwei.) Also reported as a complaint. No response at all! Missed opportunity .... Never again for us ..

Delivery times do not match their agreements at all. Structure in operation is very poor. Communication is hard to find here. After repeated calls, friendliness was no longer the case. According to us, too big a company that is looking for pedals.

Poor delivery service. We got a 360kg beton barbecue delivered not only not on our back garden (we suffered a lot to move it piece by piece ourselves), but it got dropped on our neighbors' carport so we were blocking their way. The barbecue itself was average quality with bad finishing touches that make the structure to be crooked.

Won an auction via BVA with wall frames from Decorson. Then agreed with Decorson that they deliver a month later, it was no problem, sir, because they have everything in stock. Yesterday I received the key to a new home, today I called Decorson to ask when they will deliver and indicate that they are not coming at all because they have nothing left! My money? I was able to contact BVA myself to find out !!
Making a mistake is human and ok, but just fix it nicely! In this case, I have the problem. They could have offered other wall strips for the same price!

Bad service, not keeping to agreements, acting amateurish!

Unfortunately a very bad service. Orders will be delivered between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and after a few calls, you always promise to be here before 3 p.m. Called again at 3:15 pm and am told that it may be 6:00 pm or later. Day off to the balls, rented vibratory plate (extra cost), and hired people (extra cost now). We neatly gave them the chance to just come to a compromise, but they didn't need that. Pity. Never order from this company again.
